STOUTER CONSTRUCTION - Key Persons
Rob Stouter (founder and owner) was born and raised in the small community of Emmitsburg, MD where he currently resides with his family. He graduated from Catoctin High School after which he enjoyed six years in the U.S Navy traveling the world while serving his country. He is a wartime veteran and served during the first Gulf War.
