Mr. Holland is responsible for managing Squadron's global operations, including coordinating with clients, local agents, brokerage and securities firms and monitoring current global market conditions as they relate to Squadron's interests. Mr. Holland has assisted the Squadron team in negotiating and structuring over a quarter billion dollars of securities-based stock loan and equity re-purchase agreements in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Latin America, and Europe. In addition to his extensive experience and understanding of the hard money lending and stock loan industry, Mr. Holland maintains close working relationships with several hedge funds and family offices. Mr. Holland's strong global relationships in the financial services industry have enabled Squadron to open new and emerging markets such as South Africa and Turkey. Mr. Holland's relationships and working knowledge of the Asian financial markets has increased Squadron's presence and positioned Squadron as a leading lender in the Asia-Pac marketplace.

Sean is a Bahamian citizen whose family descends from the original English settlers to The Bahamas. Sean has been involved in the financial services arena in The Bahamas for over eighteen years. Sean is a Barrister-at-Law in England and Wales and an attorney in The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas. Sean held a senior position with the law firm of Lennox Paton one of the premier law firms in the Caribbean, his legal practice focused on corporate, banking and securities law, with a strong concentration on investment funds and private client structures. Sean has severed as a Director and General Counsel and managed the Bahamas office of Accuvest Limited. Sean first represented [the Squadron Group] and its related entities and principals in the late 1990's, when establishing a business presence in The Bahamas. He joined the board of Squadron Holdings upon its inception. Sean has also had the honor of representing the Bahamas as member at the 1984 Olympic Swim Team, at the Olympic games held in Los Angeles, California.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance in a career that has taken him throughout Pan Asia, including stations in Beijing, Guangdong, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau. Mr. Ho has worked in both the financial and investment banking services industries. As a former CEO of two Hong Kong publicly listed companies Mr. Ho has the ability to understand and appreciate the needs of Squadron's clients. Mr. Ho has held senior positions at both UBS and ABN Amro Bank in Hong Kong with responsibilities for business development in Greater China including equity financing, mergers and acquisitions restructuring, asset securitization, private placements and other financial advisory services.
