Ms. Morris was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She is a graduate Xavier University, and Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law where she attained her Doctorate of Law. She began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Kenton County, Kentucky. After relocating to Tampa, Florida, Ms. Morris was employed as a staff attorney with Bay Area Legal Services. Following several years in private practice, Ms. Morris became associated with Spinner Law Firm. She practices exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation, and Estate and Probate Law. Ms. Morris is admitted to practice in both Florida, and the State of Kentucky. In 2012, Ms. Morris became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and then in 2015 she became Certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator. She takes great pride in her work and had earned a strong reputation for careful preparation of her cases and attention to detail. She has successfully represented hundreds of clients who have suffered serious injuries with a special focus on automobile accidents. Ms. Morris resides in Tampa with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys reading, yoga, paddle boarding, fitness, and travel with her family in her free time.

Charles is the founder of Spinner Law Firm, P.A. in Wesley Chapel, Florida. As a Florida personal injury lawyer, he has represented hundreds of auto accident and personal injury victims in Tampa Bay and throughout the state for over twenty years. Charles believes that aggressive and skilled legal representation allows all people to level the playing field against the big insurance companies and corporations. Before establishing his own firm, Charles enjoyed a successful career as an insurance defense attorney representing the interests of insurance companies defending claims for personal injury. It wasn't long before Charles realized that he was getting results for the wrong party. In 2003 his entrepreneurial spirit got the better of him and he ventured into private practice establishing Spinner Law Firm, P.A. Since then, he has devoted his entire professional life to helping injured people recover the compensation they deserve. Charles developed Spinner Law Firm, P.A. on the belief that trial-tested attorneys, experienced staff, and client relationships bring success. Mrs. Jennifer Pearson Yingling is the Marketing Director at Spinner Law Firm, where she manages and implements the Firm's marketing and community engagement efforts throughout the Tampa Bay area. Prior to her current role, Mrs. Yingling served her local community for over 22 years with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, a youth development nonprofit. During her time with the organization, she functioned in many capacities, including Executive Director of Pasco County and Director of Annual Giving. It was over the course of time with the Boys & Girls Clubs, along with her energetic personality and flair for creativity, Jennie discovered her passion for service to people. Her community service involvement includes serving on the Board for the Gasparilla Distance Classic, participating in Leadership Pasco, and volunteering at the many extracurriculars her two children are immersed in. Mrs. Yingling is a graduate of Tampa Catholic High School and earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Saint Leo University. She resides in Wesley Chapel with her husband, Chuck, their two children, McKenna and McKaide, and their dog named Holly.
