Connor graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he studied Web Design and Development. He is passionate about making data easy to read and interpret, while providing value in multiple facets of how businesses operate.
Recent graduate from University of Toronto, where Gillian majored in Mathematics and Statistics. She is passionate about creating data that is simple and useful to clients.
Henry has worked on the supplier side to manufacturers within the CPG industry for 18 years. Roles have included category analyst, account management and product management. With an education in management and commerce, he has helped service many leading manufacturing clients across the industry.
Isaac studied Computer Science at University of Guelph, and combines his education with his structural approach to problems to architect some of our core operations here at SpringBoard. When he's not polishing off your next big data delivery, you can find him nose deep in classical fiction, riffing away on a 12-string, or adventuring in the backcountry.

Jacob has over a decade of experience analyzing data for a variety of retailers and CPG companies. He is especially known for designing data analysis tools for users at all levels to be able to find data driven answers to their business problems.

With over 20+ years of professional industry experience, Janusz is an advanced leader in database development and management. Janusz specializes in advanced query analysis, optimization and advanced database modelling with extensive experience across multiple technologies including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, C# and VBA. The team knows him as collaborative and curious, enjoying the challenge of building reliable long term business solutions.

Kiyan is a recent graduate of McMaster University where he studied Commerce with a focus in Marketing and Analytics. In addition to being passionate about marketing data, Kiyan brings a unique perspective with his minor in Innovation and future-forward thinking. At Springboard he will ensure that customers are set up with the right tools to make a difference with their data while considering important business decisions.

Micheal is an accomplished Senior Executive, Consultant, and Board Member with more than 30 years of success across the consumer goods and IT industries, leveraging extensive experience in merchandising and category management to assist organizations seeking to optimize brand and category performance.
Mohammad is a recent graduate from York University where he studied Computer Science and specialized in data mining and algorithms. At SpringBoard he employs his technical skills to modernize and refactor core internal products. His positive attitude and resourcefulness has made him a great new addition to the team.
Nathan is a recent graduate from Queen's University, having studied computer science and specialized in artificial intelligence, brings with him passion for all things machine learning. When he is not working to ensure smooth data delivery here at SpringBoard, he is implementing new technologies into our stack, upping our game to provide our clients with the best experience.
Richard is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and after graduation joined SpringBoard as a developer and is now a key contributor to software development and solutions provided to clients. Richard brings passion for tackling the challenges of whatever our clients bring to us!
Rose is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Springboard and ensures timely and accurate data processing for all our clients. Her proactive approach to problem-solving and her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of data quality greatly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations team. Beyond her role, she actively seeks opportunities to expand her skill set and is deeply enthusiastic about finding new and better approaches to data management.

Ross has pursued a career helping organizations better understand their data and how to apply it to best shape business strategy.
After 20 years of consulting to leading CPG organizations, Ross joined SpringBoard Data Management to lead commercial insight and most recently has been appointed General Manager for SpringBoard. Ross is dedicated to helping clients create a path to superior commercial results through the application of data to inform better business strategy and execution choices.
Sam founded SpringBoard Data Management in 2006 with the mission to unlock the power of clients' data with easy-to-use tools and business intelligence solutions. He has grown the company to become a leading third-party reporting provider in Canada with many industry leading and recognizable brand name clients.

Steve currently leads our Cannabis and Beverage Alcohol verticals.

Suvojit Basu Client Development Manager Suvojit brings 18 years of experience to the team and is a certified Tableau developer and CMA certified category management professional (CPCM). Suvojit's has broad experience in the consumer goods industry in various sales and category management roles. Prior to joining SpringBoard, he has worked in Canada and the Middle East markets with leading CPG organizations.
Tissy is a key member of the team at SpringBoard providing continuous data flow for clients. Data accuracy is at the core of what SpringBoard does and Tissy brings a positive and "get the job done" attitude.
Yazan graduated from Concordia university in Montreal majoring in industrial engineering. Having a keen interest in quality control and strong attention to detail, he is committed to ensure customers have the ability to view their data in the best way to assist in their important business decisions.
