Powell Associates, LLC (STPA) holds a nearly unique position of independence and objectivity in the provision of consulting and laboratory services related to chemistry, chemical cleaning, corrosion, deposition, failures and damage assessment and steam and water system treatment. We have no affiliations with suppliers of the water treatment chemicals, nondestructive testing services, equipment or instrumentation which we recommend to our clients.
