Sugar Loaf Wool Carding Mill LLC processes suffolk wool into batting to make our pillows, mattress pads, dryer balls and 1.5 pound and 3 pound wool batting. All products are handcrafted at our mill. The mattress pads are hand tied cushioning pressure points. Our mission is to use Montana wool to make quality pillows, mattress pads and wool batting. Our mill is in the 15th year of production giving everyone an opportunity to sleep with all natural wool bedding. We wish customers "Sweet Dreams" with their new pillows. Spring cleaning time is here so think of new pillows too. We are always happy to hear from out customes and answer your questions... Visitors are welcome to view the wool carding process. School children, quilt guilds, retired teachers, spinning and weaving guilds, and many tourists have enjoyed learning how wool is processed and why wool is a wonderful fiber.
