Springbank Cheese is an independent, Canadian-owned, packaging and distribution firm, specializing in Canadian and imported cheeses. Our family tradition in the cheese business stretches back more than 60 years... Whether you represent a specialty cheese shop, a restaurant, a deli, a grocery store, a market, or an institution or are a Turophile (somebody who loves cheese), we are here to help you. We carry more than 400 kinds of cheese, and can cut and package most cheeses in our federally-regulated facility in Woodstock, Ontario (Registration Number 1598) in sizes ranging from 100 grams to 35 kilograms. Specialty shred products are also produced.
