Founded in 1974, Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A., is a 14-lawyer firm, specializing in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, out-of-court workouts, complex commercial transactions, and related civil litigation... Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler is headquartered in a century old office building in downtown Tampa... Despite its comparatively small size, SRBP won recognition in 2014 from the Florida Supreme Court for its extraordinary provision of pro bono services over an extended period of time - the only firm so recognized that year. An extraordinarily high percentage of our lawyers are rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell (80% of the lawyers, and 100% of those rated). Similarly, as reflected elsewhere in this site, the percentages of our lawyers listed in other leading peer review surveys are the highest, or among the highest, in the state.
