Mical Solomon has worked in all areas of the computer industry including programming, bench technician, technical support, hardware sales, broadband internet specialist, networking architecture, information security, forensic investigation, etc.
In addition to his technical experience, Mical has several years of management experience both as a small business owner and as a corporate manager. Mical served as the Help Desk Manager at AOL Time Warner's Road Runner Broadband internet division. Mical managed a staff of over 80 employees tasked with supporting the Road Runner product in the Tampa Bay area soon after its roll-out.
More recently, Mical was the Information Technology (I.T.) director for a group of financial services companies in the Tampa Bay area. Mical and his staff implemented cutting edge technology solutions including the latest Microsoft Server products, Voice Over I.P. (VOIP) telephony, Microsoft Sharepoint Server technologies and CRM solutions. Additionally, Mical was responsible for a number of strategic and tactical initiatives critical to the overall success of the company.
Mical uses his corporate management experience and knowledge to partner with Stress Free Computing clients and help them to use current technology to improve business processes, allowing them to improve performance, and increase profits.
