St. Clare Properties, formerly St. Clare Management, is a housing management corporation that was founded by the School Sisters of St. Francis in 1989. They have 30+ years of providing quality affordable housing and guidance to low-income individuals. In 2023, Capri Communities merged with St. Clare Management and assumed management responsibilities for the St. Clare properties. To avoid management confusion, St. Clare Management was changed to St. Clare Properties... We are committed to providing quality management services to ensure the quality of life, safety, and independence of underserved, low-income persons, especially persons with disabilities.
