Allen Stansbury is also Managing Director of Stansbury Consulting Services of Northern California. Stansbury has over 15 years of management and marketing consulting experience internationally and over 20 years in the US. He has worked on projects in Poland, Bulgaria, Bosnia, and Romania. Most recently he performed an assessment in Suriname. He has also facilitated training and provided technical assistance to business professionals, government officials, and public administrators from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Croatia.

Iuliu Bara is a Romanian business entrepreneur was formerly an elected member of the first elected Bucharest City Council (1992), later a State Counselor and Advisor to the Prime Minister on Labor and Social Security (1998-2000) and is currently an advisor in the Ministry of Public Works .
