Ben Snyder started out working under the direct supervision of the lead architect of Morton Buildings, Inc. drawing working drawings, design drawings, and writing specifications. After leaving this company, Ben went on to work for Hensel Phelps Construction in their Mid Atlantic division where he worked on such projects as The Market Common Clarendon and the Remote Delivery Facility at the Pentagon. He was then transferred to the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport where he worked on a section of the terminal as well as the raised monorail system. Ben has also worked for other general contractors such as J.T. Vaughn Construction in Austin, Texas, Kellogg Brown and Root in Baghdad, Iraq, and Lyda Swinerton in Lakeway, Texas. His capabilities include managing and supervision of the daily activities that occur on a job site, scheduling, and seeing the projects from concept through completion.

Square One is very excited to be getting a start in the Nashville area. Charla Steele is the region's team lead and is currently working on the W Hotel in Nashville.
Charla is a talented designer with the ability to effectively communicate and deliver design projects of various size and complexity. She has exceptional front-end programming/space planning skills as well as construction knowledge. Charla is result oriented and dedicated to meeting project requirements during each phase while maintaining positive communication with owners, consultants, architects, and contractors.

Derin specializes in identifying and implementing disability employment initiatives throughout Central Texas. His company identifies potential employment opportunities within the community and assists employers and HR/Hiring Managers with creating positions based on their needs. This includes worksite and job analysis to make sure that appropriate and qualified candidates are found to fill positions. Derin also excels in all aspects of training to assist People with Disabilities in finding and maintaining long-term competitive employment. He's certified as one of the only specialists in Texas to provide Self-Employment Services to People with Disabilities as well.
Most recently Derin has been working on Oracle's new Waterfront Corporate Campus and the newest Plfugerville Independent School District bond program.

Gina Green serves as team lead for the South Bend, Indiana area. We are currently managing the construction of the Four Winds Resort Casino.
A result driven leader with an outstanding record of delivering technically sophisticated projects on time and within budget. Gina is always looking to serve as an owner representative to utilizes her expertise, experience, and ability to lead a team from an operational standpoint using analysis, design input, constructability, guest impact, implementation, and project delivery. Her core mission is to engage all team members, create new relationships, and nurture existing relationships. She values all clients, owners, inspectors, and organizational team members from a "we will win together" perspective.
Gina was awarded the Army Commendation Medal during her time serving in the United States Army Reserve for 8 years.

Jerry Goff serves as the project lead for all projects in the Denver area. We are currently involved with the Charles Schwab Denver corporate campus and the Oracle Broomfield corporate campus.
Katherine is a Austin native and is a proud graduate from Texas A&M University. She is a client-oriented and results driven professional, and is enthusiastic about maintaining positive and effective communication while taking projects from start to finish. When not working, you can find Katherine on a nearby lake or on a Hill Country outdoor adventure.

With 35 years in the industry, Kevin Fleming, an expert in the Project Management and Owner's Representative field, continually provides exceptional service to his clients. Coupled with his degree in Architectural Engineering, his lengthy experience, beginning with employment at Lincoln Property Company, provides Kevin proficient knowledge in representing owners and understanding the processes involved in seeing a project from conception to completion. Kevin has had the opportunity to have experience in the Architectural and the Construction Industry over his career. His experience includes projects across Architectural Design and Production, General Contracting and Owner's Representation. Kevin's understanding of the process allows him the unique perspective to manage the project's expectations as well as effectively communicate across the entire team. As a result of this perspective, Kevin provides a project focused skill set and is dedicated to ensuring the project's requirements are met.

Laura is a registered Architect, LEED AP and Project Management Professional (PMP). She has served as the Project Architect and/or Project Manager for various building types, including corporate headquarters, class A office buildings, science and technology, higher education, multi-family housing, retail, and hospitality, adding a wide range of valuable experience to the Square One team. She has performed responsibilities in the industry to encompass all aspects of project design, detailed construction documents and specifications, construction administration, field verification, and LEED Adminstration. Laura's ability to provide creative solutions to difficult problems by collaborating with MEP, civil, and structural disciplines has given clients superior results on all projects.

Melissa has a strong customer service background, experience with procurement and legal documents. She is detailed, organized, resourceful and handles sensitive information with care.

Robert joined Square One from an executive construction and real estate development background with years of experience directing the development, investment, construction, and asset management of over $550M of new construction, historic and major renovations of income producing and Department of Defense properties. Robert's past success in the creation of strategic plans with usable tactics and detailed processes are rooted in project management principles that ensure the design and construction phases of any development meet time and budget demands. He excels in directing consultant teams, design teams, contractors, and vendors through the full life-cycle of a project that result in world-class facilities for the commercial, industrial, defense and multifamily sectors. He stands out from the competition due to his talent for developing complex dynamic financial models for real estate development & investment, construction management, and asset management that quantifies the data in a concise, clear, and actionable way
Sam graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Civil Engineering and worked at a design engineering firm for the last two years. With that experience under his belt Sam is starting his career here at Square One Consultants as an Assistant Project Manager. In his free time Sam enjoys doing outdoor activities and is an Austin Native.

Steven Wilson began a career in construction upon graduating from Texas A&M University. He has a wide range of practical experience from being a crew member to owning his own custom framing company for many years. His work history enables him to be an effective Project Manager with excellent communication skills yielding a smooth, quality-driven, timely project from start to finish.

Steven Bell has had the unique opportunity to work within the real estate development industry for multiple disciplines. Steven's experience encompasses architectural design, structural engineering, general contracting, and owner's representation. From this knowledge base, he is able to leverage his experience combined with his dual degrees in architecture and engineering from The University of Texas at Austin to represent the owner's needs in all aspects of construction. Steven's experience, knowledge, and understanding of all disciplines provide added value to our owner and clients. As a result, he serves as the owner's construction expert and provides management and consulting services at any stage of the construction process.
