Christine, a dedicated team member of our team since 2009, began her career as a marketing associate and climbed the ranks to specialize in Group Benefit Plans. Christine thrives on the dynamic nature of her work, embracing new challenges daily to provide clients with unwavering support and knowledge.
Outside the office, Christine is a loving wife and mother of two boys. Her joy extends to family time, camping adventures and road trips. Yet, her heart is truly on the arena sidelines or at the baseball field, cheering passionately for both of her boys.

Cynthia graduated from York University in 2019 with a degree in Health Management and also, holds a certificate in Human Resources. She enjoyed being a student athlete on York University's women's hockey team during her schooling. Cynthia also has acquired her Mutual Fund license as well as her Life Insurance license.
Before joining our team, Cynthia worked as a client service manager at a financial planning firm in Orillia and served as a Human Resources Assistant with the County of Simcoe, and as a Placement Coordinator at the North Bay Hospital.
After several years spent in York region and Orillia, Cynthia returns to her native Town of New Liskeard to join the family firm. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, and playing hockey.

Upon completing the Administration Program from College Boreal in 2008, Josée joined the St. Cyr and Associates team as an Administrative Associate. Since then, she has held many titles over the years, and recently became a Personal Financial Planner. Josée also holds a Retirement Plans Associate designation. She is responsible for preparing proposals, implementing and managing Group Retirement Plans. She provides Plan Member Service to corporate and individual clients. Her knowledge and competence with Investment accounts are a definite asset to our team. Josée has a very high work ethic and we appreciate her keeping us compliant.
Josée is a Board Member of the Temiskaming Area Roller Derby Girls (TARG) and an outdoors enthusiast. When she is not working, you can find her doing activities such as backpacking, hiking, camping or canoeing.

Julie began her career in financial services in 1999. While developing her clientele, in a constant desire for improvement, she graduated from the Quebec Institute of Financial Planning in 2005 and later obtained a Diploma in Financial Products from Laval University. In 2007 Julie made the decision to turn to office management and training. She accepted the mandate to train new Financial Security Advisors, Mutual Fund Representatives and support experienced Consultants in their business development strategies. In 2013, she obtained a University Certificate in Leadership and Sales Force Management and returned to developing her full-time clientele. For Julie, guiding and supporting her clients to make informed choices that will help them achieve their personal goals is the most important thing.
In her spare time, Julie devotes a lot of her time to her friends, she enjoys nature and travels with her husband Éric. A mother of two daughters aged 18 and 21, Julie has always had a passion for work-life balance, which career has always provided. She has been involved with them and their sport for several years.
A Business Management Graduate of St. Lawrence College, Kristine has spent 15 years immersed in the financial industry, first embarking abroad in Germany working for Bank of America, then finding her way back to Canada where she landed at TD Canada Trust for a decade. Since joining St. Cyr and Associates Kristine has embraced our client focus strategy and has used her expertise to engage our clients on another level.
Kristine loves to surround herself with others and her enthusiasm and efforts let those around her know how much she cares. Being family-oriented, her passions include a love of country music. She is often sitting with her dog Jazzy, listening to her spouse picking on his guitar or taking in live music festivals.

Native from southern Ontario, Madeline chose to settle in Temiskaming Shores in 2013 . Madeline obtained her Personal Training Certification with Active Aging and Children's fitness coach certification in 2012, as well as her Office Administration certificate in 2001. Madeline joined the St. Cyr team in the role of Administrative Assistant. She provides administrative support to our advisors and accounts managers and has has strong interpersonal skills, and great leadership qualities.
In her spare time, Madeline can be found outdoors with her family and dogs. Whether it is playing in the snow, hiking, gardening, kayaking, fishing or simply sitting around a bonfire. This is where she finds great peace and enjoyment in the simplicity and happiness in life.
Joining the Kirkland Lake office on a part-time basis in 2016, Meghan has since embraced her role as our full-time Operations Manager. A familiar face to our company as Meghan brings many years of service from London Life where she held the position of Marketing Associate and worked closely with the St Cyr & Associates team. Highly dedicated to ensuring our office is not only efficient, but also impactful and innovative, her strong communication and great leadership skills allows the Kirkland Lake office to focus on client needs while keeping the wheels in motion.
After relocating to Kirkland Lake in 2013, Meghan found a love for our community where she volunteers her time regularly. She is a Museum Board and Police Services Board member, and she also participates for Ride Don't Hide and the MS Bike Tour. Often Meghan can be found training hard at the gym or cycling with her family. Committed to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, she has also trained and competed in Fitness Figure Competitions.
Born in Amos, Mélanie left her hometown to continue her studies in Val-d´Or in 1998 where she obtained her diploma in consulting sales. Mélanie worked for several companies before starting a career with the National Bank, where she spent the last 15 years. Dedicated and passionate about customer service, she worked as a front desk attendant for several years where she gained most of her experience.
Ready to take on new challenges, cheerful and possessing strong interpersonal skills, it is with great enthusiasm that she joins the team of St.Cyr et Associates.
In her spare time, Mélanie enjoys spending quality time with her son and his friends. She loves spending time outdoors to unwind and recharge her batteries.

A 2017 graduate of Guelph University, Ryan received an Honours Bachelor of History degree. A native of Markham, Ontario, Ryan has found his love and passion in the North, which he has proudly called home for the last five years. After several years of working underground in the mining industry, Ryan has built lasting friendships and has a strong understanding of the industries of the North and the people that thrive within our northern communities.
As a former member of the Guelph rowing team, Ryan is an avid swimmer and boxer with a passion for fitness and health that occupies his free time. As the North provides the great outdoors, Ryan couldn't be more ecstatic living in such a beautiful place.
