Born in Hong Kong and educated in the United Kingdom, Andrew began his career managing export sales for "Hang Full Garment Factory", his family's Hong Kong based apparel manufacturing Company. Under Andrew's direction, Hang Full significantly expanded its business operations in Continental Europe, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom throughout the '80's' … ultimately turning its' attention to the North American market in 1991. In 1993, Hang Full joined with Ivy Glen as a partner in "Gateway International Import and Export Company (Canada) Inc.". Andrew's expertise in apparel manufacturing and operations has played a vital role in contributing to the ongoing growth and prosperity of the Company since that time, ensuring Gateway's ability to deliver on its ongoing commitment to provide the highest possible standard of quality and service to its clientele.

William (Bill) LeBlanc

Canadian born and educated, Bill first entered the industry in 1977, serving in distribution and sales management roles with Nygard International (Tan Jay) Winnipeg. In 1982 Bill moved to Toronto, joining the GWG Division of Levis Strauss Canada as National Sales Manager, Womenswear and subsequently as Director of New Product Development for GWG before leaving the Company in 1988. In 1992, following service as Vice President of Bradshaw-Stradwick Inc. (at that time Canada's oldest manufacturer of career and work apparel located in the Niagara Peninsula), Bill founded "Ivy Glen International Company Ltd." (DBA "Gateway International") an apparel sales and marketing agency which … less than one year later … restructured to welcome Hang Full as a partner in it's operations.
