David Allen is a Director of Talent Acquisition with Search 4, Healthcare Recruitment firm. David has recruited in Healthcare search for over 20 years, specializing in Healthcare Provider, Physician, Healthcare Operations and Financial Management recruitment. His expertise in identifying talented professionals who offer a unique blend of administrative and leadership skills has resulted in the development of a national client base. Client relationships include both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems, physician groups and consulting firms. Mr. Allen has developed a strong process to source and screen talented professionals, utilizing recruitment websites, placing targeted ads with associations, partner with residency/fellowship programs and cold calling. Prior to joining Search 4, Mr. Allen was the Physician Recruiter for Scott & White Healthcare in Central Texas. Responsible for Physician Recruitment of all specialties, i.e.: Primary Care, Cardiology, ENT, Psychiatrists, and Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Orthopedic physicians. Recruited and placed over 34 physicians in a two-year period with Scott & White. Mr. Allen was an Honors student at Illinois State University, pursued a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. He is continuing his education at Texas State University.
