Alison Madden

Alison Madden, MD, Vice President of Medical Affairs, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist. She completed her undergraduate degree in Art History at Barnard College of Columbia University, before attending medical school at Cornell Medical Center in New York City. Following this, Dr. Madden finished her residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. Over the course of her career, Dr. Madden has served as Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology for three institutions - University of Massachusetts Medical Center, University of Hawaii, and University of California, Los Angeles/Cedars Sinai. While at University of California/Cedars Sinai, she served as Assistant Resident Program Director and received numerous teaching awards. Before joining St. Joseph Hospital, she served as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology for St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA. Dr. Madden has played a role in many leadership initiatives at St. Joseph Hospital, including outreach with other New Hampshire hospitals, COVID-19 response teams, and strategic planning committees. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Harbor Care.

Brian Winslow

Brian Winslow, Executive Director of Philanthropy, joined St. Joseph Hospital in July of 2023 and is responsible for all major gift and leadership development, capital fund programs, and planned giving. He has spent the last 16 years of his career working with non-profit healthcare organizations across New Hampshire. Prior to this role, Brian served as the Director of Fund Development at Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice, Executive Director of Philanthropy at LRG Healthcare, and Director of Community Relations at Granite VNA. Brian holds a Bachelors Degree from Iowa State University, Master of Public Policy from University of Southern Maine, and Master of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Debbie Novotny

Debbie Novotny has lived in Nashua her entire life and is committed to giving back to her hometown. Named the 2018 Volunteer of the Year by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, Debbie has served in leadership roles with Nashua Community Arts, Nashua YMCA, Adult Learning Center, Main Dunstable Elementary School PTO, Nashua Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua, Nashua Education Foundation, Marguerite's Place, and Pennichuck Corporation. She also serves on the City of Nashua Business & Industrial Authority and Revolving Loan Fund. Donnalee Lozeau

Donnalee Lozeau currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc. (SNHS). Donnalee is pleased to have returned to the non-profit agency where she worked as the Director of Program and Community Development for 15 years while serving as a volunteer legislator and before being elected mayor of her hometown. During her 21 years at SNHS, Donnalee developed partnerships, collaborations and new initiatives with other non-profits, the private sector and elected officials. Economic opportunity, elderly housing, housing for homeless women, and expanding Head Start were a significant focus. She also worked to become a certified community action professional (CCAP) a program of the National Community Action Partnership. A lifelong resident of Nashua, NH Donnalee began her public service at the age of 24 being elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 1984. She served 8 terms as a citizen legislator representing Nashua's Ward 5. She served as Deputy Speaker to Speaker Donna Sytek. In November of 2007 Donnalee was elected the 55 th Mayor of Nashua. She was reelected, having run unopposed, in November 2011. After serving 8 years, she did not seek a third term. She believes strongly in public service and the importance of opportunity for all regardless of their income. She is pleased to be back at SNHS and is optimistic about what Community Action can bring to those we serve in the 21 st Century. Donnalee has been recognized with a Paul Harris Fellow from the Nashua Rotary, Outstanding Women in Business 2017 from the NH Business Review, 2015 Leader in the Arts from the Americans for the Arts and the US Conference of Mayors. She has been honored with an honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters from Rivier University, Honorary Doctorate in Public Service from the former Daniel Webster College and an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters from Granite State College. Donnalee and her husband David reside in Nashua and have three adult children and four granddaughters.

Dr. Laura Mylott

Dr. Laura Mylott is a Clinical Professor Emeritus at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She served as Program Director for the Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration and Leadership at Northeastern University from 2012-2020 and currently teaches leadership, implementation science and quality improvement in the Nurse Anesthesia Doctoral Program. Dr. Mylott practiced as a Critical Care, Adult Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with a focus on the chronically critically ill adults for 28 years and served in several program-based and executive leadership roles in academic-based urban medical centers. Dr. Mylott's current scholarship is focused on the development, evaluation, and real-world application of evidenced based quality improvement initiatives. She is currently a member of a research committee affiliated with the professional organization Nurses On Boards Coalition, with a focus of evaluating the overall influence of executive level nursing leadership. She is a Scholar in the Academy of Practice and a member of several professional nursing organizations.

Gerard "Jerry" Hadley

Gerard "Jerry" Hadley, Vice President of Finance, brings an incredible amount of experience to St. Joseph Hospital. Having worked at Massachusetts General Hospital Brigham (formerly known as Partners Healthcare) for 25 years, his roles included Controller/Budget Director, Interim Vice President, and Vice President of Finance. In his most recent role, Jerry served as Vice President of Finance for Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain. Previously, within the Massachusetts General Brigham System, he worked in leadership roles in the Finance Division at Newton-Wellesley Hospital from 1998 to 2014. Prior to that role, he began his career in finance at Lawrence General Hospital as Director of Accounting and later, Controller.

John Jurczyk, FACHE, Covenant Senior Vice President, President of St. Joseph Hospital, holds a strong background in not-for-profit and faith-based healthcare. Prior to joining St. Joseph Hospital, John served as President of Good Samaritan Medical Center, a Steward Family Hospital in Brockton, MA, and has dedicated more than half of his career to Catholic healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Bryant University. He completed his residency in Pharmacy Practice at Rhode Island Hospital. John is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a certification as a Professional Director by the American College of Corporate Directors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Nashua.

John Parolin - Chairman

John Parolin retired in 2019 after 41 years as an insurance sales professional and marketing executive in the Senior Living space. John has been active in the Nashua Community since moving here in 1979. John continues on the Board of Directors of Marguerite's Place where he has been actively involved for almost 30 years as a member of virtually every committee and as past board chair. In addition, John served as a board member and past board chair for the Hillsborough County Child Advocacy Center as well as board member and past board chair of The Granite State Children's Alliance. John and his wife Julie have three adult children all born at St. Joseph Hospital. John is an avid photographer always looking for great landscapes across New England and creating portraits of his twin grandchildren.

Kara Ellis

Kevin C. Flynn is a Catholic healthcare mission leader and bioethicist with over forty years of experience in both acute care and academic medicine positions, presently serving as Vice President for Mission Integration and Ethics at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire, a member of Covenant Health Systems (CHS) In this role, Dr. Flynn is responsible for the effective integration of the mission, values, and catholic identity of St. Joseph Hospital. He chairs the Covenant Health System Environmental Stewardship Council, co-chairs the St. Joseph Hospital Ethics Committee and facilitates its ethics consult service, and co-chairs the St. Joseph Hospital Patient & Family Advisory Council.

Kevin Halloran

Kevin Halloran has been in the financial services field since 1986 and is Registered Investment Advisor with Broad Street Planning where he is licensed to offer insurance and registered to offer investments, including individual securities through LPL Financial. Kevin is past president of the Nashua Association of Life Underwriters (NAIFA), past president of New Hampshire Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and served as Chairperson for the National Association of Insurance and Advisor Political Action Committee. In 2007, he was honored as Distinguished Financial Advisor of the year based on his contributions to the industry (1). Kevin earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Southern Connecticut State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rivier University. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Nashua, serving as president in 2007-2008, and being recognized as Rotarian of the Year in 2019. Kevin was past president of the St. Joseph Community Services (Meals on Wheels). Kevin also served on the Board of Silverstone Living and is Post Chairman of both the Huntington of Nashua and Silverstone Living. He is also past Chair of The Huntington of Nashua and past Chair of Silverstone living. He also served as a board member of the United Way of Greater Nashua. He currently serves as a trustee for Rivier University and is a member of the Board of Directors for St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua. He was a member of the 1996 class of Leadership Greater Nashua and has moderated the Economy Sessions on numerous occasions. Kevin has been recognized as a top financial advisor and named to the LPL Financial Patriots Club. Michelle Proulx

Michelle Proulx, MSN, RN, CNML, Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Patient Care Services, is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 28 years of clinical experience. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care delivery and nursing practice within St. Joseph Hospital. Having earned a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from Salem State University and a Master's Degree from Rivier University, Michelle's extensive education and training have played a key role in her success at St. Joseph Hospital. Additionally, she has earned a National Clinical Nurse Leader Certification managed by the Commission on Nursing Certification, further demonstrating her commitment to the field of nursing. Prior to being named Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services, Michelle served as Director of Inpatient Nursing Service, where she was responsible for overseeing six patient care departments, including medical/surgical, intensive care, progressive care, float pool, nursing supervision, and respiratory therapy. In her previous role at St. Joseph Hospital, Michelle focused on reducing the length of patient stays and reducing hospital-acquired infections - resulting in improved patient outcomes and higher satisfaction ratings. Outside of work, Michelle is married with four children. In her free time, she enjoys family vacations to Disney World, which serve as an opportunity to recharge with loved ones. Her passion for nursing and dedication to improving patient care have made her an asset to St. Joseph Hospital, and a leader in the healthcare community.

In this role, which he assumed in 2018, Sean is responsible for relationship management between FFIO and its Fidelity business partners as well as the custodian banks that are servicing assets across Fidelity products. He provides client experience oversight across all major FFIO product and service lines, as well as strategy, planning, communications, and thought leadership services for FFIO. Sean is also very passionate about the associate experience and serves Fidelity as a New Hampshire Regional Leader. An experienced healthcare marketer with a passion for creating positive experiences for patients and the community, he leads all marketing initiatives in the hospital and ensures the brand remains consistent across all communication channels. Prior to joining St. Joseph Hospital, Tim spent over eight years operating a successful social media consulting firm followed by leading the marketing efforts for a large, multi-practice dental office. Tim holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of work, he spends a great deal of time coaching his children's youth sport teams as well as being a founding member and board member of the Souhegan Valley Rotary Club. Tim also currently serves on the Board of Directors at The PLUS Company.
