Belinda Strong

Belinda Strong, has decided to join the team at Stirling after working with the Deaf for the past 20 years. Whilst Belinda has a Bachelor of Education and a Master's Degree in Sensory Disability, she is back studying for her Financial Planning degree. Belinda responsibilities are to keep the office administration and client services running efficiently and smoothly for both the Accounting & Financial Planning divisions. She enjoys spending quality time with her children and is a devoted soccer mum to her two sons and also keeps a very close eye on her gymnast daughter.

Brett Strong

Brett Strong is the Principal Financial Adviser of Stirling Financial Solutions Pty Ltd which incorporates SFS Accounting & Taxation Services. Brett has worked in the financial services industry since 1993. Brett is RG146 Compliant and is licensed to give financial advice. He has a passion for Self Managed Superannuation and the complexities which surround an SMSF. Brett's interests outside of work are his 3 children and wife Belinda. Weekends are taken up with kids sport & social activities.

Caitlyn Millner

Caitlyn is now the youngest member of our team here at Stirling Accounting & Financial Solutions. She has joined us on a School based Traineeship. While completing her HSC Caitlyn has also taken on the additional educational and work place learning by completing a Certificate 111 in Business Services and gaining valuable workplace experience. Caitlyn is a vibrant young women who brings a fantastic work and study attitude to her daily duties here at Stirling. You can catch Caitlyn on Fridays at the office. When not at TAFE, School, work or here she enjoys to spend time with her family and undertaking all water sports.

Dorothy Morgan has joined Stirling Accounting & Financial Solutions as one of our Client Service Managers. Dorothy has re entered the workforce after raising here family and really enjoys the client management and interactions she has with our clients. Dorothy has tried extremely hard to improve her capability and technical ability by undertaking the following educational improvements.

Katelyn Blakey

Katelyn is no longer our youngest team member on staff here at Stirling and has just finished her HSC. One of her favourite subjects during her formative years at high school was business studies. An area Katelyn hopes to expand upon during her time here at Stirling Financial Solutions. Katelyn comes to Stirling with a wealth of customer service experience, having spent the last four years working for Bunning's. Katelyn's primary responsibilities include reception, administration and client services. She enjoys walking along the beach, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Rosa Urday

Rosa has joined us after many years working in accounting positions in the Illawarra and Sydney. Rosa is a specialist administration, bookkeeping and data maintenance Accounting at Stirling. She has been a practicing accountant in Australia since June 2007. Prior to this Rosa lived and worked in the accounting industry in Peru. Rosa completed her Professional Accounting qualifications by undertaking a Bachelor Degree in Financial Science and Accounting through San Martin de Porres UNIVERSITY, Lima-PerĂº in 1992 - 1997. Upon her arrival in Australia She undertook to upgrade this qualification with Advanced Diploma of Business, Sydney and Advanced Diploma of Accounting (with Distinction) through TAFE Wollongong. She has gained extensive experience in the preparation of all entities Business Activity Statements, Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Company Tax returns and Self Managed Superannuation Funds financial statements and tax returns. Rosa speaks and writes fluent Spanish and enjoys spending her spare time with family, cooking and holidaying

Shari Collis

In joining the Stirling team, Shari brings a wealth of customer service experience to Stirling as she has worked as a Hairdresser for the past 18 years. After deciding she needed a carer change Shari successfully completed her Certificate III Business Administration. She is down to earth and has a very bubbly nature. Shari is a devoted mum and has 3 beautiful boys,2 whom love Football and the youngest loves T-ball and Milo Cricket.
