Christina M. Agresti - COO

As the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for TRISTAR, Christina M. Agresti is responsible for the general management and strategic direction across the company including the improvement of operating performance, profitability, and growth of the business. In addition, Ms. Agresti is responsible for fostering a corporate culture dedicated to the professional and personal development of its people and a workforce dedicated to its customers' mission. Ms. Agresti joined TRISTAR in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of extensive business leadership in both large and small defense companies. Before her tenure as COO, Ms. Agresti held several leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President, where she was responsible for the strategy, business development and program execution of the defense portfolio and corporate solutions delivery. Ms. Agresti is an industry-recognized expert in organizational design, workforce development planning and implementation of enterprise programs and lean process initiatives. She has a successful track record delivering innovative solutions and market strategies for complex federal programs and a strong focus on building a culture where people thrive together. Additionally, Ms. Agresti has been recognized with many professional awards in the government and technology sector, including Top 10 Women in Technology award winner for her leadership in driving growth and strategy as a U.S. business leader. Ms. Agresti earned a master's degree in Cognitive Psychology from Liberty University. She holds a bachelor's degree from Liberty University in Marketing and George Mason University in Psychology. Ms. Agresti holds an Executive Leadership Degree from Wharton School of Business and Cornell University, PMP certified. Ms. Agresti is a Certified Executive Coach (IAC), member of International Association of Coaches, National Speaker's Association, Association of the United Army (AUSA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Navy League, Federal Employed Woman's Association, Women's Chief Marketing Association.

Dave Klinedinst

Dave Klinedinst is responsible for developing, coordinating, managing, and implementing plans and strategies designed to identify and capture new market and business opportunities and retain existing business aligned with TRISTAR'S strategic growth plan. Mr. Klinedinst joined TRISTAR in 2023, bringing more than 25 years of Business Development expertise and proposal management experience. As a Program Manager for 8 years supporting the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Combat Systems for VLS, Communications, Fire Control and Combat Directions Systems propelled him to his larger responsibility for Business Development which now helps as he provides expertise in progressing the balanced growth of TRISTAR. As a retired U.S. Navy Limited Duty Officer (Electronics Material Officer) and former Data Systems Chief Petty Officer, Mr. Klinedinst served on numerous commands and ships during the 22 years of Naval service. Mr. Klinedinst holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University in Industrial Technology.

Janice Sanders - CHRO

Janice Sanders is Director of Human Resources of TRISTAR. Ms. Sanders is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, which includes onboarding, training, cultural development, employee growth and development, workplace safety, compensation and benefits, and employee relations for TRISTAR. In addition, Ms. Sanders manages the Human Resource department for nearly 10 years, bringing more than 40 years of extensive experience managing the Human Resource and Benefits departments within the government as well as small and large companies. She instills an employee-centric, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, career growth and development, and goal attainment. Ms. Sander has in-depth knowledge and experience with benefits, Service Contract Act (SCA), 401(k) regulations and internal auditing. This background is a cornerstone to continuous improvements and policy development within the Human Resource department. Ms. Sanders works closely with the executive leadership team, contributing directly to the organization's long and short-term strategic objectives while maximizing organizational effectiveness. Ms. Sanders holds a professional HR certification, the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification and the Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Ms. Sanders is an advocate for veteran hiring and works to promote the transition of military personnel to corporate careers.

Jeffrey (Jeff) C. Stermer

Jeffrey (Jeff) C. Stermer is Vice President of Operations of TRISTAR with more than 20 years of management and defense industry experience leading small defense contracting companies. As Vice President of Operations Mr. Stermer is responsible for leading operations, setting overall strategy and drive process improvement. Mr. Stermer brings 12 years of deep experience managing Surveillance Radar, Maritime Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optic and Distance Support programs. Mr. Stermer has led the growth of and supported several successful business development opportunities at NIWC Pacific, SEA 21, NSWC PHD Dam Neck, NSWC Crane and NSWC Philadelphia. He brings TRISTAR a critical resource in understanding the programs and policies in key market areas. Mr. Stermer previously held various leadership positions as Vice President and Director of Operations. Mr. Stermer earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a double major in Psychology and History, from Hiram College.

Lindsay A. Ireland

Lindsay A. Ireland is Vice President of the Contracts Department of TRISTAR. Ms. Ireland's key responsibilities include contracts management, procurement, and administration., Ms. Ireland joined TRISTAR in 2019, bringing more than 22 years of contracting expertise. Ms. Ireland has experience managing government contracts for both large and small companies. Ms. Ireland plays a critical role in the successful administration of TRISTAR's contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Ms. Ireland has utilized her expertise and knowledge of business systems, contracting and audits to achieve success in government contracting compliance. Ms. Ireland works closely with the executive leadership team regarding matters of contract interpretation, implications of contractual issues, legislative and regulatory developments. Ms. Ireland is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) serving as the Hampton Roads Va Chapter Education Chair, Secretary and Liaison with Christopher Newport University's Student Chapter. Ms. Ireland is a member of Women in Defense (WID) and Tidewater Association of Service Contractors (TASC). Ms. Ireland holds a Master of Science Degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from Bellevue University.

Mitchell Meadows - CTO

Mitchell Meadows is the Chief Technology Officer for TRISTAR. Mr. Meadow's key responsibility is to oversee and manage the corporate Information Technology department. He ensures that TRISTAR's corporate technology systems are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the company. Mr. Meadows brings over 20 years of experience in the IT field in both Network and Systems management. Mr. Meadows is responsible for all the Cyber Security needs of both our corporate networks as well as assisting our customer programs on the TRISTAR Campus. In addition, Mr. Meadows is responsible for maintaining the current DFARS clauses pertaining to NIST 800-171 and upcoming CMMC Version 2.0 standards. He assists security with physical security management requirements and functions as TRISTAR's Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). Mr. Meadows is a U.S. Army veteran with multiple deployments supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds multiple certifications within the IT field such as Certified Ethical Hacker, Cloud Security Architect, CASP, A+, Security+, and Certified Cloud Security Engineer.

Stephanie Poindexter

Stephanie Poindexter is the Vice President of Finance for the Accounting Department. Ms. Poindexter is responsible for all areas of Accounting and Finance activities. Ms. Poindexter has more than 15 years of accounting experience working for both commercial and government contracting companies. Ms. Poindexter is a trusted advisor for TRISTAR regarding payroll regulations, financial statement preparation and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliance. Ms. Pondexter has in-depth knowledge and experience with GAAP, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Service Contract Act (SCA), and internal auditing. Ms. Pondexter's extensive experience is essential to continuous improvements and financial policy development for TRISTAR. Ms. Poindexter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. Ms. Poindexter has Professional Certification in Accounting for Government Contracts from George Mason University.
