A leader in dance since 1973, Stage 7 is one of San Diego's oldest and best respected dance schools. Current class offerings include ballet, jazz, and Afro-Cuban dance with workshops in other disciplines happening throughout the year. Since its move from downtown to North Park, and most recently to Kearney Mesa, Stage 7 has launched a new Children's Program designed to address the developmental and creative needs of children from age 4 ½... Founded in 1973 by Estelle Mahy, Stage 7 has been under the direction of Kathryn Irey since 1983. Kathryn Irey's work has earned respect nationally for its cutting-edge concepts and techniques.
