Stephen Plescow, P.E., President of St. Mawes, LLC has more than forty years experience in real estate development, civil engineering, land planning, zoning and entitlements; and project and construction management. St. Mawes celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2015. Stephen has worked as a design engineer, project and development manager on a wide range of building and land development project types. This range of experience and roles allows him to be an effective and efficient problem solver. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, along with minor degrees in Architecture and Planning. Stephen also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in the evening program while working full time.
