Donald C. St. Peter

Don has served as an adjunct professor of corporate law at the University of Montana School of Law. He has served as a member and President of the St. Patrick's Hospital and Health Foundation Board of Directors, Past President of the Western Montana Estate Planning Council, a member of the Board of Directors of St. Joseph Elementary and Child Care, President of the Missoula Catholic Schools Board of Education, a member of the advisory council for the University of Montana Law School Tax Institute, a member and chairman of the Trust, Estate, Tax and Business section of the State Bar of Montana and a member of the Real Property Trust and Probate Section of the American Bar Association.

Michael O'Brien

Mike O'Brien serves clients in all facets of litigation, including contract disputes, estate proceedings, and probate litigation. Prior to joining St. Peter Law Offices in 2014, he oversaw the Business Services Division in the Montana Secretary of State's Office and has expertise in small business legal issues, including corporate, limited liability company, and business entity formation, UCC filings, and business regulation. Mike is admitted to practice before the Montana Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the State of Montana, the Blackfeet Tribal Court and Salish Kootenai Tribal Court. Mike grew up in Missoula and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013 and received his Political Science and Public Administration degrees from Carroll College in 2002. He served the Hon. Robert G. Olson as a law clerk in Glacier, Toole, Pondera, and Teton Counties in Montana from 2013-2014. In the summer of 2014, he returned home to Missoula to join St. Peter Law Offices, P.C.
