Andrew has been a part of several key projects during his time with Gray Solutions and is committed to continuously improving relationships while reevaluating internal processes to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered, every time. Andrew also finds passion in helping younger engineers find their niche and succeed in their career path.
When he's not working, Andrew enjoys spending time coaching youth sports, going to the gym, fitness activities, and riding bikes at the beach.

Brian Woods joined Gray's South Atlantic office in 2013 with over 13 years of experience in business development. Prior to his employment with Gray, Brian spent the first half of his career in Detroit calling on customers in the automotive industry, and then went on to manage client relationships with Fortune 500 companies in the industrial buildings market. This experience coupled with several years of developing relationships with local, state, and regional economic development officials in the South Atlantic region make Brian a valuable asset to customers locating in this region. Brian attended Western Michigan University and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Dan Engelhard has been with Gray Solutions, a Gray company, since 2021, coming over with Stone Technologies in an acquisition aimed at strengthening digital offerings. He spent 15 years with Stone Technologies, on senior leadership team, prior to the acquisition.
Dan began his career in automation and project management prior to transitioning to business development and eventually moving into his current role.
Dan has played an integral part in several key accounts and projects during his career. In his current role, he handles strategic direction related to tier 1 & 2 accounts in business development, including customer interface and digital transformation consulting. Dan prides himself in helping set clear and correct expectations early in the process to ensure customers are more than satisfied with every solution and mentor project managers w/r/t customer interaction/planning.
Dan has been married 30 years, has two sons, who both serve in the military, and has two grandchildren.
He started a non-profit (501c3) in 2009 and continues run the HIGH SCHOOL TRICLUB, that trains kids for triathlons with the goal to keep kids active and provide them a launching pad for living a heathier lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
When he isn't working, Dan enjoys soccer, triathlons, mountain biking, coaching, skiing (frozen or not), and being involved with his church.

Diaz McDaniel has been with Gray since 2016, holding a variety of roles before being promoted into his current position. In 2018 he joined Gray Solutions, a Gray company.
In his role as manager, process, Diaz is responsible for leading a diverse team of technical experts, working on multiple, highly complex projects. He, and his team, are tasked with providing innovative, original solutions for each customer challenge. Diaz ensures each project has the correct technical resources, wherever needed.
Throughout his career, Diaz has been able to play an integral role on a number of highly technical, highly successful projects. He prides himself on prioritizing Gray's core values, including building lasting relationships through deep collaboration during a project's life cycle.
When he isn't working, Diaz enjoys learning how things work or operate, hiking and traveling to new places, and automotive racing, including autocross and time trials.

Drew Goodall has been with Gray Solutions, a Gray company, since 2018, and spent two years with Gray prior to joining the Gray Solutions team.
Drew has played an integral role on a number of projects during his time at Gray Solutions including Champion Petfoods Dogstar Kitchens, Petsource by Scoular's freeze-dried pet food facility, Diageo's carbon neutral distillery, and several others.
In his current role as vice president of process integration, Drew oversees and supports his team on all aspects of the customer's project from relationship building and maintenance to project planning, design, execution, and even post-project aftercare. Drew leads a diverse team of industry leading engineers and designers in ensuring process system integration is seamless and beyond expectations for all projects.
Drew whole-heartedly believes the key to unforgettable experiences and successful projects is relationships. He prides himself in striving to create and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring the best possible atmosphere for success.
When he isn't working, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, trail running, and snowboarding.

Eric Schaefer has spent decades in the world of industrial automation and systems integration. Prior to his work at Stone Technologies, Eric worked as a controls engineer and project manager for one of the twenty largest engineering companies in the country, delivering successful projects to Fortune 100 companies, including Miller Brewing, Kraft, and Post Cereals.
Eric served as a principal of Stone Technologies from its founding in 1996, building the business into one of the Best Places to work in St. Louis four years in a row, and expanding to 85 employees in 18 states before becoming part of Gray Solutions, a Gray company, in 2021.
As president of Gray Solutions, Eric is responsible for the quality delivery of professional services and project execution for our customers and for the financial and operations aspects of our business while providing a fulfilling and safe work environment for our people.
When he's not working, Eric spends time woodworking, renovating old homes, and enjoying the social aspect and exercise of golfing.

Gray Ohio Valley in Versailles, KY, formerly WS Construction, was purchased in 1999 to serve Gray's long-standing and loyal customer base in Kentucky.
