Carl joined the Holman family of companies in 1986 as an internal auditor, transferring to ARI in 1987. In his time with ARI, he served in multiple operational and financial positions with increasing responsibility, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer, eventually serving as president of the company from 2010-2015. Carl led the company through turbulent economic times while continuing to grow the business, expanding to new global markets, and most notably, building on the culture of learning and employee development that put ARI on FORTUNE's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University.

Chris' strategic vision for leveraging Holman's truly unique core competencies across the company's diverse collection of automotive-centric businesses is driven by his profound understanding of our customers' needs and his extensive experience, spanning multiple countries and business units. He joined ARI's Canadian client services team in 1994 and then went on to serve in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada. Chris became senior vice president and chief operating officer of ARI's Canadian business and then served as president of ARI from 2015 to 2018 where he was the key architect of ARI's expansion into the European market. Today, Chris provides executive oversight to all of Holman Enterprises' operating companies who deliver innovative, technology-driven automotive solutions to commercial and consumer segments around the globe. Chris attended the University of Ottawa and the Queen's School of Business.

Chris started his career with ARI in Canada in June of 2010 as Vice President of Finance. Then in August of 2013 Chris transitioned to Vice President of Finance at Holman Enterprises. Prior to working for ARI he worked for BMW for seven years starting as Treasurer and was quickly promoted to the Director of Tax; after which he was promoted to Corporate Controller. Before working for BMW he worked for three years at General Motors of Canada and four years at KPMG.

Frank joined ARI in 1983 and excelled in both sales and managerial positions for 16 years prior to joining the company's senior leadership team in 1999. Over the last 20 years as an executive, Frank developed world-class teams and implemented quality assurance and compliance processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences at ARI and Auto Truck Group. By personally embodying the Holman culture, Frank built strong and lasting relationships with Holman employees, customers and business partners.

Frank joined Holman Automotive in 1981. He was appointed Vice President/General Manager of Saturn of Mount Laurel in 1992, Vice President/General Manager of Saturn of Turnersville in 1993, Saturn of English Creek in 1996, and went on to serve as Vice President/General Manager of Holman Motorcars and Holman Infiniti in 1999. In 2006, he became Vice President of Resource Development for Holman Enterprises.

Gernot joined Holman in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Finance for ARI. As Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, he leads the planning, execution, and governance of our strategies across all Holman companies. Prior to joining Holman, Gernot spent seven years at Microsoft where he served first as CFO of the Consumer and Online Division in Germany, then as CFO Commercial Business/Germany, and finally as worldwide CFO of their Enterprise Services & Consulting Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Hohenheim and an MBA in strategy, international management and industrial management from the University of Saarland.

Kathy joined the company in 1991 as General Counsel. Prior to that, she was a partner with the law firm of Whitmore, Kay & Steven in Palo Alto, California. In 2015, she became Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Holman Enterprises and is responsible for Holman Enterprises' corporate, external and legal affairs. Kathy's role has grown over time to include risk management as well. She received her B.A. from Mt. Holyoke College in 1977 and her J.D. from Santa Clara Law School in 1982.
Mindy joined the Company in 1986 and worked in various positions within the company's retail operations, including serving as General Manager at several different Holman dealerships. Mindy served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Holman Automotive before becoming Chairman of the Board in 2015. Her civic memberships include serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey; serving as Vice Chair of the Community Foundation of South Jersey; and serving as a member of the Moorestown Friends School Committee. She holds a B.S. from the College of William and Mary and a Master's degree from Old Dominion University.

Rick started with the company in 2010 as Vice President of Operations for ARI Canada. As Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for Holman Enterprises, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of our global marketing efforts. Prior to joining Holman, Rick served in leadership roles for Molson Coors, Ocean Spray International, and Unilever Canada. Rick has a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and has completed the Queen's University Executive Development Program.

Steve joined ARI in 2008 as Vice President of Information Technology. He formerly served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Commerce Bank. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2010 and then to Executive Vice President for Technology and Innovation in 2013. During his time with ARI, his experience and expertise strengthened many areas of the company leading to new products, partnerships and technologies. He was also integral to ARI's expansion in the UK and Europe. Steve currently serves as Executive Vice President, Technology and Innovation for Holman Enterprises and is responsible for designing and executing the IT strategy for all of company's operating companies. He is a graduate of Drexel University and holds an MBA in technology management from the University of Phoenix, an EMBA from St. Joseph's University, and a MS in Cybersecurity from LaSalle University. Steve is currently attending Temple University for his Doctorate of Business Administration.
