We can never forget that the customer is the most important person to us... AMSMC was incorporated in 1989 to operate the facilities owned by Thomas R. Swanson and East Valley Storage Solutions Partnership. Since that time, the company has taken on a number of owned, third-party managed clients and affiliate management contracts. Storage Solutions joined National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA), a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) as a Participating Regional Operator (PRO) in April of 2015 when the company made its initial public offering (IPO).
