STLS was created in 2004 after Stuart's 8 years as co-owner of another search firm. Stuart worked at 3 other search firms during his early years of legal recruiting... We note that our company is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants and adheres to its Code of Ethics... On a personal note, Stuart played collegiate basketball while at Alma, winning all league honors his junior and senior year. He won an NCAA post graduate scholarship which he used to attend William and Mary law. He has two grown children and is an active Board Member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (Maryland Chapter).
