Carol Townsend is a third-generation trial lawyer, raised and educated in Indiana. She joined Tabor Law Firm in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of experience. She began her career litigating personal injury cases in state and federal court and argued before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2007. In 2009, Carol joined the Marion County Prosecutor's Office as a Deputy Prosecutor. As Deputy Prosecutor she prosecuted domestic abusers and drug dealers. She also spent two years litigating civil forfeiture cases for the Prosecutor's Office, where she litigated the seizure of illegally gained assets from drug dealers and corrupt businesses. Carol received her high school education at Park Tudor School and her undergraduate degree from Indiana University with a double major in History and Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She received her J.D. from Indiana School of Law, Indianapolis. At Tabor Law Firm, Carol handles a wide variety of serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, including those involving motorcycle accidents, semi-truck collisions, railroad worker injuries, car accidents, slip and falls, construction site fatalities, premises liability, and bicycle accidents. Carol lives in Carmel, Indiana and is married to a Hamilton County deputy prosecutor. Together they have two daughters and a dog named Elsa. Jeff Tabor - CEO

For more than 30 years, Jeff's practice has focused exclusively on representing victims injured by negligence, as well as families who have lost loved ones due to the carelessness of others. During his professional career, Jeff has represented thousands of injured victims and families who have lost loved ones due to car crashes, semi-tractor trailer collisions, motorcycle accidents, train/grade crossing collisions, slip and fall occurrences, and construction site fatalities. Jeff is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. As a result of his hard work and dedication to the practice of law, he has received numerous awards and commendations, including being selected to the Nation's Top One Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, being named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America, and being selected for inclusion in the Indiana Super Lawyers® list. Jessica Snyder is one of the litigation paralegals at the Tabor Law Firm. Jessica became interested in becoming a paralegal at a young age and now has over 25 years of experience. She works on a wide variety of cases including medical malpractice, product liability litigation, wrongful death litigation and personal injury litigation. In addition to keeping clients up to date on the progress of their cases, Jessica prepares discovery requests, summarizes evidence, and assists in trial preparation. Jessica knows from personal experience what it means to be a client in personal injury litigation. She works hard to listen and put herself in the client's position so she can understand what clients are going through and can help advocate on their behalf.

Michael Holland

Michael Holland knew he wanted to be a lawyer from a young age after watching his father practice at jury trials and stand up for clients in need. As a member of Tabor Law Firm, LLP, he has brought more than three decades' worth of practice experience to our firm. For much of his career, he has dedicated his focus on medical malpractice cases, which he continues to do here. Shannon Majors is one of the litigation paralegals at Tabor Law Firm. Shannon comes to the firm with seventeen years of paralegal experience with the last twelve years focused on plaintiff's personal injury. She assists the firm in a variety of duties including personal injury litigation, premise liability litigation, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. She is the main point of contact for many clients and assists them with their cases from inception to conclusion. Shannon was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended Ivy Tech to obtain her Associates Degree in paralegal studies. She continued her education at Indiana University where she was on the Dean's list and earned an IU Kelley School of Business Certificate in Business Administration along with her bachelor's degree.
