STUDIO PILATES

Studio Pilates is a fully equipped STOTT Pilates studio. All the Pilates equipment that you may have heard about - the Cadillac, Stability Chair™, Reformer including Jumpboard and Cardio Tramp® Rebounder, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel as well as small apparatus can be found at Studio Pilates. We specialize in Small Group Classes - Reformer and Pilates Mat, Private and Semi Private Training, Total Barre™, Zenga®, and Pop Up Classes... Studio Pilates specializes in Small Group Reformer Classes of 3 to 6 students and Small Group Mat Classes of 3 to 12 students. Classes are progressive and run for 8 week terms. Small Group Classes are customized to the needs, fitness level, and experience of each group.
