Adam Nye

Adam's passion is helping candidates achieve their full potential. Adam Nye is a Talent Consultant within the TalentRise Executive Search practice. In addition to his recruiting experience, Adam brings over 12 years of leadership experience in nonprofits and education, with a focus on training and development, strategic planning, and program development. Adam most recently served as Assistant Head of School for Education and Strategy at Winchester Thurston School, a preschool to twelfth grade independent school in Pittsburgh with approximately 700 students and 150 employees. In this role, Adam had broad oversight of the academic program through the supervision of 11 senior academic administrators. He was also responsible for recruiting and hiring, training and development, strategic initiatives, and community engagement. Adam's work directly supported the school's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In collaboration with the Director of Equity and Inclusion, he oversaw the creation of a DEI Action Plan. He was tasked with advancing numerous initiatives as well as regularly facilitating workshops, discussions, and affinity spaces. Adam was also actively involved in improving the school's hiring practices to ensure they were equitable, fair, and consistent. Over the years, he has led or participated in searches for numerous positions in education, including Academic Department Chair, Director of Academics, Director of Community Engagement, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Director of External Affairs and Advancement, Head of School, school counselors, and teachers of all grades and disciplines, among others. Adam previously served as the Associate Director of Education at the Thinkery Museum in Austin, Texas and an Exhibit and Program Manager at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. He held numerous positions on the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse's Board of Directors, including the role of President for five years, and has served on several advisory committees for nonprofits and foundations. Adam holds a master's degree in education from University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in education and public policy from the Pennsylvania State University. Adam also completed the prestigious Aspiring Heads Fellowship of the National Association of Independent Schools. He has presented at numerous national conferences on topics ranging from educational innovation to community engagement. He also co-chairs Aleron's DEI Committee. Adam currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. Adam serves as a Talent Consultant within the TalentRise Executive Search practice. Andrew Nash

Andrew Nash has aligned talent strategies with organizational growth, change, and transformation initiatives for over 30 years. Andrew serves as Senior Talent Management and Organizational Transformation Consultant of TalentRise's Organizational Effectiveness practice. A strategic leader with business acumen across diversified businesses and industries, Andrew is known for identifying and developing high-performing global HR teams capable of achieving organizational business and financial objectives.​ With 30+ years of strategic HR experience in Fortune 500 companies, Andrew provides significant value for TalentRise's clients. He has led high-impact global HR initiatives, optimized and integrated HR operations and technologies (mergers and acquisitions), and managed complex HR transformation projects to successful completion. ​ A seasoned professional, Andrew has held global HR leadership roles up to chief human resources officer (CHRO). He has also overseen global HR functions in organization development, talent acquisition, talent management, employee development, DEI, and total rewards. ​Prior to becoming part of the TalentRise team, Andrew worked as CHRO and Senior Vice President at Vontier Corporation-a spinoff from Fortive. He has also served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at Fortive Corporation-formerly part of Danaher-and Vice President of Human Resources at ArvinMeritor, Inc. ​ ​​Andrew graduated from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa, and holds an undergraduate degree in industrial psychology. He currently resides in the Columbia, SC area.

Kristen Fox Lampert

Bringing a dynamic, personalized, and well-balanced approach to coaching, Kristen focuses on building leaders' mental agility and improving their ability to authentically meet the moment. Kristen has served as a Talent Consultant and Leadership Coach for TalentRise since 2019. Most notably, Kristen developed TalentRise's Fast Start Coaching program, a three-month executive integration coaching program that dozens of TalentRise executive placements have participated in and benefited from. Fast Start Coaching provides incredible value to newly onboarded executives and leaders as they navigate a new culture, engage their teams, and build relationships during their first 90 days on the job. As a coach and mentor partner of CEOs and leadership teams of venture-backed and founder-led companies, Kristen leverages almost two decades of experience as an HR leader in the financial services, private equity, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and legal services industries. He plays a critical role in the TalentRise growth plan by cultivating c-level, investor, and board of director relationships with companies looking to acquire great leadership talent for their business. Pete brings over 22 years of experience in a variety of business sectors including sports, healthcare, startups, scaleups, and technology. His areas of expertise include management, sales, marketing, IT, software, and strategy. Additionally, Pete serves in a dual role at Aleron Group and helps lead Viaduct, which assists startups and emerging businesses find talent. He is active in several growth-stage technology organizations in the Buffalo, Upstate NY, Chicago, IL, Toronto, and Austin, TX markets. Prior to joining the Aleron group of companies, Pete's various roles included business development positions with the Buffalo Bills of the NFL and Buffalo Sabres of the NHL, along with a sponsorship marketing and business development leadership role with Kaleida Health, a $2B healthcare delivery system. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for HigherMe, a startup aimed at creating efficiencies in the recruiting process.
