Bree Heffner

Bree Heffner, Director of Finance and Administration, is responsible for leading the financial and administrative functions of SysLogic, partnering with the leadership team and department heads to ensure that all accounting, financial reporting, planning, analysis and financial compliance needs of the organization are met, and that the annual budget and audit processes are completed in a timely and accurate fashion. Bree brings a wealth of analytical and controllership credentials from a variety of technology and consulting services firms, and a breadth of financial leadership experience well-suited to SysLogic's broad line of business services. Bree is originally from the Milwaukee area and holds her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Karla Baierl

Karla is responsible for the leadership, management, execution, and overall results of SysLogic's Talent Acquisition functions. She defines and leads key initiatives and strategies in the areas of talent recruitment, retention, sourcing, workforce planning and company outreach. Karla Baierl is responsible for the leadership, management, execution, and overall results of SysLogic's Talent Acquisition functions. Karla ensures the tactical and strategic sourcing of a talent pipeline that supports the growth and sustained performance of SysLogic's client and business objectives. Karla has substantial experience in infomation technology and business process recruiting, as well as third-party, vendor relationship and talent performance management. She has held a number of technical recruiting positions in the Milwaukee area prior to SysLogic.

Michelle Finnegan

Michelle is responsible for all facets of Human Resources, Accounting, and Office Management. Prior to joining SysLogic, she had a nine-year career working at Laub & Horton, an insurance agency in the Milwaukee area. Michelle Finnegan, Operations Manager for SysLogic, is responsible for all facets of Human Resources, Accounting, and Office Management. Prior to joining SysLogic, she had a nine-year career working at Laub & Horton, an insurance agency in the Milwaukee area. Her experience enables her to serve the employees of SysLogic with a wealth of knowledge regarding their benefits package, including health, life, disability and dental insurance. Michelle's healthcare expertise is also a key proponent in SysLogic's initiative of providing technology solutions in the healthcare industry. Michelle has a proven track record of excellence in servicing the needs of clients and employees, and always strives to manage SysLogic with quality and distinction. Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in English.

Paul Doucas

Paul is the Executive Director of Business Development at SysLogic. In this role, Paul provides vision, strategy, and leadership for all aspects of corporate business development, and helps SysLogic achieve its business goals through maximizing its client and go-to-market partnering relationships. Paul Doucas is the Executive Director of Business Development at SysLogic. In this role, Paul provides vision, strategy, and leadership for all aspects of corporate business development, and helps SysLogic achieve its business goals through maximizing its client and go-to-market partnering relationships. Prior to joining SysLogic, Paul was Managing Director for a privately-held global IT manufacturing, engineering and professional services firm focused in providing Business Intelligence solutions to reduce operational costs and improve business processes. These included web-enabled application software, wireless and wireline networking controller hardware, energy management systems, advanced analytics services, and engineering and integration services. During his career, Paul has held multiple positions in market and business development, and has amassed substantial experience in working with mid-tier and Fortune 100 enterprise clients across sectors and in global markets.

Rob Sanders

Rob is responsible for supporting SysLogic's clients in developing digital technology strategies that drive growth. Prior to joining SysLogic, Rob was the Chief Administrative Officer at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Throughout his career, Rob has successfully developed and driven enterprise-wide, strategic plans across numerous industries. Rob is responsible for supporting SysLogic's clients in developing digital technology strategies that drive growth. As part of his role in leading strategic initiatives, Rob focuses on accelerating organizational performance through cohesive planning and execution while managing the company's long-term vision. Rob analyzes changes in the competitive, technological landscape while being forward-thinking about opportunities and risks in the market. Prior to joining SysLogic, Sanders served as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Strategy Management at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI where he was responsible for strategy, market analytics, corporate compliance, enterprise risk, internal audit, and human resource functions. Prior to Children's Hospital, Sanders held leadership positions at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN. Sanders also has experience within strategy, marketing, and communication consulting organizations. Rob received a master's degree from University of North Carolina. He currently serves as board chair of the United Performing Arts Fund in Milwaukee and was previously a board member of the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce.

Tamara Ostling

Tamara Ostling, Director of Delivery Experience for SysLogic, is responsible for ensuring the organization's effective and successful delivery of business and technology solutions for our clients. Tamara has led professional teams throughout her career. She is dedicated to the success of SysLogic's delivery team, empowering them to assist SysLogic clients in achieving their business and technical goals. Tamara Ostling, Director of Delivery Experience for SysLogic, is responsible for ensuring the Delivery Team is prepared to meet and execute all client-focused obligations. She organizes, develops, and supports a team of highly skilled professionals equipped to drive technology solution excellence with our clients. She is dedicated to empowering SysLogic's delivery consultants to enable SysLogic clients to achieve their business and technical goals. Tamara has spent her career in technology from her early days as a programmer, through her time at Hewlett-Packard to her most recent experience with a Higher Education ERP and Cloud Technology organization. She has been leading high-impact projects, programs, and teams throughout her career. She comes to SysLogic with a passion for her team, clients, and partners.

Tina Chang - CEO, Chairman

Tina is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SysLogic. Prior to SysLogic, Tina worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where she served as a business analyst and consultant to Fortune 1000 companies. She has maintained a strong background in business, technology, and process development throughout her career in the information technology arena. Tina maintains a strong background in business leadership and technology innovation. She has demonstrated a dedication to the community through her leadership and board responsibilities with Alverno College, Ascension Healthcare Wisconsin, MMAC, Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Teach for America, WCBA, the United Performing Arts Fund, United Way, Wisconsin Policy Forum, and the YMCA-Metro Milwaukee. Tina currently serves on the board of a publicly traded company, Weyco Group, and previously served on the board of The PrivateBank-Wisconsin. Since joining SysLogic in 1996, she has spun off two technology start-ups (SysSpark, LLC, and Cyberspect, LLC). In 2004, Tina was presented The Business Journal's "40 Under Forty" award for the difference she has made in her profession and community; she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2018. In 2005, she received the Governor's Young Entrepreneur of the Year - Technology award. And in 2008, Tina received the United States Postal Service "Women Putting Their Stamp on Metro Milwaukee" award, as well as the Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame Peak Performer award. In 2009, Tina and SysLogic were awarded the United Performing Arts Fund Civic Partnership Award. In 2013, Tina received the Professional Dimensions Sacagawea Award, and was also named a 2013 Woman of Influence by the Milwaukee Business Journal. SysLogic has been a recipient of MMAC's Future 50 award in 2001, 2004 and 2005, as well as the Wisconsin Small Business Innovation Award in 2010. SysLogic has also been named on the Forbes 5000 list of fastest growing businesses. Originally from New York, Tina attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received a BBA degree with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business, and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where she specialized in environmental accounting and European commerce. Tina also attended Darden School of Business at University of Virginia and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College for their Business Executive Programs. Tina is always willing to share her knowledge with others and participate in many community or classroom speaking engagements around entrepreneurship, technology, and diversity. She is passionate about mentoring the city's youth and enjoys tournament bass fishing in her free time.
