Bryan Slaughter is a Partner at SullivanHayes Brokerage. After spending time working in the technology business in the Bay Area, Bryan decided to move back to Arizona where he grew up to work with his father in commercial real estate. After nearly ten years working at D.L. Slaughter Company in Phoenix, Bryan and his family moved to Colorado to take advantage of the great lifestyle Colorado provides. He joined SullivanHayes in 2012 and has focused on landlord representation, new development, and tenant representation. Bryan has always put a priority on creating and maintaining strong relationships with his clients, whether it be landlords, tenants, or brokers. He enjoys golfing, skiing, fishing, triathlons, and spending time with family and friends.

All property brochures and marketing collateral are generated through this business unit. She is also responsible for the company website, branding and image.

Michael Laatsch is a member of the SullivanHayes Brokerage team and has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience including portfolio management, acquisitions, development, and brokerage. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech, Michael started his career at a "Big 5" public accounting firm in Washington DC. He ultimately moved to Tucson, Arizona where he managed a $250M real estate investment portfolio before transitioning to retail property brokerage with CBRE. Michael and his family moved to Colorado in 2018 to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and quality of life. Prior to joining SullivanHayes, Michael was most recently the Director of Leasing at Gart Properties, a Denver based real estate investment company, where he oversaw the leasing of Denver Pavilions (300,000 SF) and 16th Street & California Street.

Additionally, she coordinates and assembles site tours and presentations for tenants who are seeking new location opportunities for their businesses.

He is dedicated to assisting retailers in finding their niche in the market and takes great satisfaction in witnessing the success of various companies.
