Bryan Slaughter is a Partner at SullivanHayes Brokerage. After spending time working in the technology business in the Bay Area, Bryan decided to move back to Arizona where he grew up to work with his father in commercial real estate. After nearly ten years working at D.L. Slaughter Company in Phoenix, Bryan and his family moved to Colorado to take advantage of the great lifestyle Colorado provides. He joined SullivanHayes in 2012 and has focused on landlord representation, new development, and tenant representation. Bryan has always put a priority on creating and maintaining strong relationships with his clients, whether it be landlords, tenants, or brokers. He enjoys golfing, skiing, fishing, triathlons, and spending time with family and friends.
SH Relationship: SullivanHayes has been doing business with Chuck E. Cheese since 2021 and has helped with new store growth and relocations across the Front Range.

With more than 30 years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kristine has expertise in market research and analysis, GIS programs, management, and marketing.
Kristine oversees all business operations for SullivanHayes as well as directing the Research/Marketing department. She is responsible for department performance, efficiency, budget and personnel. All property brochures and marketing collateral are generated through this business unit. She is also responsible for the company website, branding and image.

Michael Laatsch is a member of the SullivanHayes Brokerage team and has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience including portfolio management, acquisitions, development, and brokerage. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech, Michael started his career at a "Big 5" public accounting firm in Washington DC. He ultimately moved to Tucson, Arizona where he managed a $250M real estate investment portfolio before transitioning to retail property brokerage with CBRE. Michael and his family moved to Colorado in 2018 to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and quality of life. Prior to joining SullivanHayes, Michael was most recently the Director of Leasing at Gart Properties, a Denver based real estate investment company, where he oversaw the leasing of Denver Pavilions (300,000 SF) and 16th Street & California Street.
Shane Crawford is an entrepreneur and business owner with experience in customer acquisition. He maintains relationships with all clients past, present, and future; interpersonal communication is an integral aspect of day-to-day business and Shane prides himself on utilizing this skillset to continue to grow in the industry. Being raised in Denver gives Shane the unique perspective that comes from being a local who understands the needs of the tenants, landlords and the community he supports through his work.
Spencer Morrissey is a Vice President at SullivanHayes Brokerage. With a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of commercial real estate, Spencer excels in navigating the needs of various clients and creating strong relationships. Whether it's guiding buyers or sellers, advising tenants or landlords, or collaborating with developers, Spencer's versatility is a symbol of his and his clients' success. Prior to joining SullivanHayes, Spencer was a broker at NAI NP Dodge in Omaha, NE for over seven years and interned at Tetrad Property Group while earning his degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Valerie joined SullivanHayes as an administrative assistant in 2018. She has over 15 years of experience in the administrative field. Her major responsibilities include; assisting brokers with legal agreements, updating the website, managing property listings on third party vendor sites such as Costar and Loopnet, creating e-blasts, and managing the installation and removal of signs for listed properties. Additionally, she coordinates and assembles site tours and presentations for tenants who are seeking new location opportunities for their businesses.
Wyatt Baizer is a broker at SullivanHayes Brokerage. Originally from St. Louis, Wyatt spent his childhood summers in Colorado, ultimately leading to an education at CU Boulder. Raised in a family deeply rooted in retail, with both his father and grandfather owning their own stores, Wyatt developed a keen interest in the industry early on. He is dedicated to assisting retailers in finding their niche in the market and takes great satisfaction in witnessing the success of various companies. When not working, you can find Wyatt in the mountains hiking or skiing.
