Carlo is mechanical engineer, with a Master in Cost Engineering at University of Toronto, and is fluent in 4 languages.
Cristina has developed her competences in a multinational in the oil&gas industry, where for over 15 years and with increasing responsibilities she worked on sales, marketing and management accounting issues. She was additionally in charge of special projects regarding both business development and efficiency increase along the distribution chain.
In the latest period she has been working for SMEs, for which she managed projects that, in addition to the previous mentioned areas, touched on organization, strategic planning and corporate culture.
Target94 has an extensive professional network of associate consultants to complement its client offering, which draws upon specialised competences and levels of expertise not otherwise typically available to the entrepreneur or SME.
Guido developed a professional career as Chief Information Officer of major multinational automotive companies.
His international experience includes assignements in USA, Italy and UK, where he worked at a high level on major projects in strategic management of technology and ICT systems.
He turned later to management consulting, with specific focus on ICT management of SMEs.
Recently he developed successful entrepreneurial activities in the tourism sector.
Paolo is the founding partner of Target94.
His international career as strategic consultant with top international companies and as company manager in charge of international business development span more than 20 years and has taken him to England, Switzerland and Italy. More recently, he devoted his attention to Small and Medium Enterprises. He also founded two entrepreneurial activities in Italy and Switzerland.
He graduated with his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, England. He has double nationality, Swiss and Italian.
