Amy McFeely is the Controller and HR Manager at STR Constructors, LLC. Amy came to us with over 20 years of accounting experience. Her vast wealth of knowledge has already begun to transform our accounting processes. Amy's focus on creating strong positive business relationships is a great asset to our team. She is extremely dedicated to building strong employee relations and has already made significant impacts with some of her changes. Her passion for service touches every aspect of her business life as well as her personal.
Outside her professional life, Amy is very involved in her community, sitting on several committees, and boards. She is a mother of 4 grown children, she loves spending time with her children and their families. Amy says "Landing at STR Constructors is like coming home to an industry that's been a very significant part of my life for many years as both my father and my husband are in the construction industry. I am honored to be a part of the STR team."

Danny Braswell joined STR Constructors in 2022 as a commercial construction superintendent bringing 38 years of diverse experience in the construction industry.
Starting as a carpenter for a large residential/commercial contractor, Danny quickly rose up through the company and eventually obtained his residential contractor license. Danny served as president of DB Enterprises for 28 years before pursuing an opportunity in California to be involved in expansive, high end builds in Malibu and Pacific Palisades.
Over the course of Danny's career he has been involved in multimillion dollar projects from custom high end renovations and builds, schools, recreational facilities, DOT rest areas, VA Job Order Contract, office/ medical plazas, churches, and commercial kitchen installs.

With over twenty years of commercial experience in a variety of projects, David LaRocca is a seasoned professional who has consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise in the construction industry. His journey in this field began as an Assistant Project Manager, where he showcased an innate talent for team building and problem-solving right from the start. Thanks to his exceptional skills and unwavering commitment, he quickly climbed the ranks and was promoted to the position of Superintendent.
Over the course of seven years, David traversed the country, taking on diverse union and nonunion projects within the telecom and financial industry sector. His portfolio includes an impressive array of project types, from commercial offices to ground-up warehousing complexes, university and secondary school projects, as well as restaurants and more. Throughout his career, David has consistently risen to the challenge presented by each new project, forging strong relationships along the way. His contributions have proven invaluable to the STR Constructors family, making him an indispensable member of their team.

In the summer of 2023, Frank Reyes embarked on an exciting journey with STR Constructors, LLC, assuming the role of a Commercial Superintendent.
With a wealth of experience and expertise, he quickly established himself as a valuable asset to the company. Frank boasts over two decades of experience in the construction industry, where he has consistently excelled as a Project Manager and Superintendent. His experience spans various facets of preconstruction and project management (CPM) services, specifically focused on commercial, industrial, municipal, and multifamily infrastructure projects.
Throughout his career, Frank has played a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results in both new construction and renovation projects across the central Texas region. His profound knowledge and exceptional leadership have made him an indispensable member of the STR Constructors family, ensuring the success and excellence of every project he undertakes.
Within STR Constructors, he is not only a Commercial Superintendent but also a mentor and source of inspiration to those around him, making him an invaluable member of the STR Constructors family.

- President Meet Gilbert
Gilbert Bolding is the President of STR Constructors, LLC.
As company President and a Principal, Gilbert leads the STR team with years of experience in the industry ensuring that each project is completed to exacting specifications.
For the past 45 years Gilbert has been involved in the construction of many different types of projects for numerous organizations both public and private. He's worked with school districts, city governments, county governments, federal and state government entities, churches, and private land developers. His projects have included city and state parks, pools and recreational facilities, athletic facilities, renovations and additions of all types, tenant finish outs and ground-up, new construction of many different types of facilities both public and private. Gilbert's experiences in construction techniques range from structural steel and concrete, tilt-wall, metal building to wood framing and even adobe.
Gilbert graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction and began his career in Houston, Texas. He worked his way up through the ranks for large, industry-leading general contracting firms from an entry-level field engineer to a corporate Vice President. Gilbert took a position with STR Constructors in the mid-1990's as a Senior Project Manager before purchasing the company, along with John Robinson, in 2019.
As President of STR Constructors, LLC Gilbert's past experience brings a wealth of knowledge to STR and all of its projects.

Jen has an extensive background in graphic design and branding. At STR Constructors, she is focused on creating and delivering professional and attractive documents, graphics, and merchandise to elevate their brand presence. Jen supports corporate initiatives and streamlines office operations. She tackles administrative tasks with efficiency and manages communications involved in bidding and contracts as the initial contact at STR Constructors. Jen is passionate about approaching all aspects of any job with precision, hard work, and integrity. Outside of work you can find Jen enjoying various forms of exercise or trying new restaurants while dreaming up her next travel destination.

John Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer of STR Constructors, LLC.
As the company CEO and a Principal, John is responsible for overall leadership and vision within STR Constructors, LLC. Since 2009 John has built a legacy within the construction industry of as a tireless worker with the ability to get each of his projects completed on time and under budget.
John graduated from Texas State University in 2009 with a degree in Industrial Construction Technology. During his tenure at Texas State University he completed several internships in the construction industry where he learned his passion for the Science. Upon graduating from Texas State University John began his career in Houston, Texas in commercial construction as a project Engineer for a General Contracting Firm. During his career John rose rapidly through the ranks to an assistant superintendent, Superintendent, Project Manager, and is now the Chief Executive Officer of STR Constructors, LLC.
For the past 15 years John has been on project teams completing upwards of Half a billion dollars' worth of Texas commercial construction projects. He has been on projects teams for projects including K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Pools, Parks, Hotels, high rise condominiums, tenant finish outs, and office buildings.
As CEO of STR Constructors, LLC John continues to use his knowledge and experiences to deliver high quality projects to owners that are on time and in budget.

- Site Safety Supervisor Meet Joseph
Joseph joined the STR Constructors team in August 2024 as a Safety Supervisor, bringing with him extensive safety knowledge and experience. He is well-versed in all local, state, and federal safety laws, and has a strong aptitude for identifying and classifying safety issues and implementing corrective measures. His experience includes performing compliance audit inspections, overseeing worksite operations to spot potential hazards, and creating preventive measures to reduce future incidents.
As a decorated United States Army combat veteran, Joseph's leadership skills have been honed through various positions he held in his career. He spearheaded training, safety, readiness, and response operational policies and procedures for various United States Army commands, demonstrating his ability to lead and manage effectively.
Joseph is driven to expand his knowledge in the safety construction industry. He is also committed to staying informed about all safety regulations and updates to ensure the company remains compliant and guarantees the safety of the employees.

In April 2024, Randy Lee joined STR Constructors, LLC as a Commercial Superintendent. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction sector, Randy is a highly accomplished Construction Superintendent. He possesses a proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Throughout his illustrious career, Randy has overseen the construction of multiple office buildings, retail establishments, restaurants, and healthcare facilities. His exceptional communication and collaboration skills enable him to effectively work with all project stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and successful project execution. Randy consistently rises to the challenges each project presents with a confident and quick problem-solving attitude, delivering outstanding and cost-effective projects. Outside of his career, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and beautiful children, as well as indulging in his passions for coaching, hunting, fishing, and singing/playing music with his family and friends.

Troy Bass is an Assistant Project Manager with STR Constructors, LLC.
As an "APM", Troy brings a diverse set of skills with backgrounds in various industries to the STR Team. Troy has worked and excelled in multiple roles in the technology and semiconductor industries through the past decade. Troy transitioned into the construction side of those industries first as a trade contractor and now as a general contractor with STR.
After completing his studies in environmental sciences with B.S. and M.S. degrees, Troy began applying that knowledge to the construction industries. He has work on projects including soil and moisture testing with NASA and Duke University, map making with Apple, as well as research into hydrofracking with Haliburton. In the spring of 2022, Troy made the decision to bring skills and experiences to bear at STR Constructors, LLC.
Troy enjoys golf and spending time with his daughter when not at work.
As an Assistant Project Manager, Troy is able to leverage his knowledge, experiences and personal emphasis on teamwork and cooperation into being an integral part of any project.
