Garrett grew up in central Iowa and has a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University. Garrett's experience includes captive insurance consulting, institutional asset management and most recently he was Vice President of a family-owned business that he positioned financially and operationally for sale to private equity.
April grew up in Northeast Iowa and is a 2008 graduate of Upper Iowa University with a degree in Accounting. April spent the last 8 years providing outsourced accounting services for small to medium sized businesses for a large variety of industries.
