In his role as Corporate Business Development for T3W, Chuck Henry is responsible for developing strategies, providing market analysis in determining growth opportunities, and developing company capabilities providing engineering and program management services along with information technology services. His primary focus is supporting the mission and vision of the company and developing a competitive strategy to grow and add value to our many clients. Chuck has a proven-track record with 15 years of software development experience and 30 of years operational experience as an officer in the United States Navy.
Prior to T3W, Chuck served as the Executive Director for a software development company for 12 years in support of government and commercial clients building software solutions for the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and both Federal and State entities.
Chuck is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a B.S. degree in Biology and Psychology. He partook in the Aviation Safety program at the Navy Postgraduate School and the United States Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor Program (TOPGUN).

Debra West was promoted to President of T3W in October 2020 after serving as Director of Operations for 7 years.
Prior to joining T3W, Debra spent over 25 years in contract management positions with government contractors such as Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics. Debra is a seasoned professional with expertise in government contracts. In addition, she successfully implemented T3W's ISO 9001 certified quality program and currently oversees all company operations.
A third generation San Diegan, Debra is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in Business. She received her Master's Degree in Acquisition and Federal Government Contracting from West Coast University and earned a Certificate of Government Contracting from San Diego State University.

Greg Richards joined T3W in June 2020 as Director of Programs.
Greg is a U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran with over twelve years of experience in leadership, team building, and project management for the Department of Defense. Because of his exceptional organizational skills and integrity, he was awarded a Bronze Star for establishing real-time Command and Control for partner force elements during operations. Greg graduated in the top 10% of the U.S Army's Special Forces Qualification Course and has deployed to Afghanistan, Belize, and Brazil with the 7 th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Greg's final active duty assignment was as Director of Operations in Latin America, supporting counter narcotic operations.
Greg is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Finance. He earned a M.S in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego.

In her role as Chief Executive Officer for T3W, Lisa is responsible for developing the company's Vision, practicing the company's values, and collaborating with Team Members in developing a competitive strategy to grow and add value to our team members and many clients worldwide. Lisa is a founding member of T3W Business Solutions, Inc.
Prior to starting T3W, Lisa worked in the aerospace and government contracting industries as a materials and process engineer, environmental engineer, and GIS analyst. Prior to college, she worked as a volunteer with Amigos de las Americas for four years and travelled rural and remote areas of Nicaragua and Ecuador, giving medical assistance. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Texas A&M with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.

Matthew Krebs joined T3W in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer and began cultivating new capabilities in Information Technology, Information Management, and Cybersecurity.
With over 25 years of experience in positions ranging from tech support intern to senior software engineer, Matthew brings his passion for technology to T3W. He is an evangelist for cloud-based solutions, DevSecOps data quality management, and leveraging distributed teams through technology. He believes, "Technology should work for the company, not the other way around."
Matthew is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering graduating with summa cum laude honors. He has obtained multiple professional certificates such as: Professional Scrum Product Owner, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and CompTIA Security+.

Mike Lawrence is a senior leader who manages T3W's multi-million-dollar budgets. After 27 years of military service, Mike retired as a Marine Corps colonel. He logged more than 4,500 flight hours, commanded a Marine Corps Light Air Attack Squadron in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and was stationed at the Pentagon as a senior Marine Corps readiness analyst for the Secretary of Defense. His final assignment was Commanding Officer of Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton where he managed hundreds of Marines and a civilian support staff.
After his retirement in 2012, he became the Director of a San Diego based IT company where he oversaw DoD Readiness IT contracts worth up to $38 million annually. He also worked as the Chief Operating Officer of a pharmaceutical company. Mike has extensive experience overseeing government contracts and enhancing business development with the capture planning and proposal writing process.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. He received his M.A. in Government and Strategic Studies from the United States Marine Corps War College.
