Jennifer practises in commercial litigation/dispute resolution and has practised in both large and boutique firms in Western Australia.
Jennifer has gained experience in a diverse range of large complex and smaller commercial disputes in the High Court, Supreme Court, and lower courts as well as the State Administrative Tribunal.
Jennifer has a commercial and pragmatic style of practice and where possible seeks to settle disputes in a cost-effective manner having negotiated many successful outcomes before going to a full Court hearing.
Jennifer has also undertaken a bachelor of arts (psychology).

Kathleen was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019 and practises in the areas of commercial law, property law and wills and estates.
Kathleen has experience in preparing commercial documents to facilitate a diverse range of commercial matters and transactions.
Kathleen is also experienced in preparing estate planning documents including, simple and complex Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship and Advance Health Directives.

Paul is the founder and principal of Summers Legal Pty Ltd (an incorporated legal practice) and has been a legal practitioner since 1985. He heads the Property Commercial, Business, Corporate and Elder Law division of the Firm.
Paul has over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of property, corporate, commercial business and elder law.
He provides advice on complex property transactions, syndication, joint ventures and financing; structuring of new business projects, commercial and corporate contacts and a wide range of estates and asset structuring matters.
His clients include some of Perth's largest property developers, many leading small-medium sized companies, prominent high net worth individuals, accounting, financial planning and mortgage broking firms.
Paul has acted in many complex property and business transactions.
Paul has acted as a director of many corporations including ASX listed companies, not for profit and incorporated associations. He continues to undertake directorships predominantly in the mining and resources sector providing strategic corporate and governance advice to fellow board members.
