Prior to working for Sugar Land Property Management, I worked for about 6 years in the Multifamily Apartment Industry in Management positions. I am currently finishing up my MBA in Human Resource Management at the University of Houston-Downtown (Go Gators!). My experience in the apartment industry has helped me to better serve our owners and tenants, however, everyday is a learning experience which I truly enjoy.
Before working for SugarLand Property Management, I was a stay home mom for many years. My family is the most important to me and being a good role model for them is my highest priority. Prior to being home, I was in the Real Estate world back in South Louisiana. It has always been a passion of mine to help people and see that they find the home of their dreams. Being part of this team has allowed me to continue to see that our clients find the home that suits them and their families. I look forward to continuing to grow with this amazing team and continuing to serve our clients and all of their Real Estate needs!

I graduated from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood and began my teaching career in FBISD in 1991. After teaching full time and raising two daughters over the past 29 years, I found myself laid off due to the COVID Pandemic in March of 2020 as a lead teacher at a school for Autism. What a blessing it was to be offered a position with Sugar Land Property Management during that time of uncertainty. I am enjoying the change of pace and the important work I'm doing with very knowledgeable and friendly coworkers as we provide excellence in customer service.

I am a licensed Realtor with over 15 years of experience in the insurance and marketing industry who offers a unique strength in sales. I have purchased and sold millions of dollars worth of property for my clients. Being an investor myself, I can recognize the best deals and I work with clients all over the United States and overseas. I also arrange and oversee major vendor and general contractor's quality of work for the properties SPM manages.
I am currently pursuing my real estate license and truly enjoy the experience that comes with working alongside the Sugarland Property Management team. My focus is to deliver excellent customer service and assist residents and property owners with all maintenance-related items ensuring the job is done to the satisfaction of both. On my days off I enjoy nothing more than serving in ministry and being a mom to my three kiddos. I look forward to growing with this company and serving you in any way I can.

I am very passionate about 3 things in life; my faith, family and helping people with one of their biggest investments. I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Houston in 2004. While I attended college, I started my real estate career and acquired my license in 1999. I became an investor & property manager in 2001 and I have thoroughly enjoyed assisting our clients over the years. By being fluent in Spanish, I am able to assist our Spanish speaking clients in the language of their preference. I focus on overseeing the operations in our office, accounting records and assists our clients in selling their properties. I believe my integrity and drive allow me to provide great service to our clients.
I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I love dancing, baking, and my animals. Working at Sugarland Property Management has opened my eyes to the world of real estate and property management. It has truly been a beautiful learning experience where I get to connect with great people and help both owners and tenants with peace of mind.
