Alicia Wilson

: Alicia began her career with an architectural design firm where her knowledge and passion for residential design first developed. Her work as an assistant designer received recognition in both local and international publications. Alicia went on to work internationally as part of a team designing the wing of a children's hospital in Kenya. Since 2011, Alicia has enjoyed being part of the Su Casa design team. She loves the entire creative process and working with clients to ensure things move smoothly from concept to finished form. Alicia received a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Endicott College.

Jean Burke

Job Titles:
  • Bookkeeper
Jean Burke, Bookkeeper: Jean takes great pride in her attention to project details, making sure nothing is overlooked for either Su Casa Designs or its clients. She has worked as a bookkeeper in many different fields, but especially loves the design environment as she comes from a family of seamstresses and enjoys the hobby immensely.

Madey Lyons Poss

: Madey's career path has taken her from fine furniture and antiques to selling European tabletop in Manhattan and custom rugs in Boston. Madey has been with Su Casa for seven years and loves the creativity and logistics of seeing a project through to completion. Madey holds a BA in Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Madey Lyons Poss, Design Associate: Madey's career path has taken her from fine furniture and antiques to selling European tabletop in Manhattan and custom rugs in Boston.

Pam Secord

  • Manager
: Pam began her career as a volunteer project manager for a hospice in Mission Hill. There she met other volunteers including the principals of a design and custom upholstery firm in Newton where she worked for eight years. Pam has been with Su Casa as Manager and Interior designer for 16 years. She is happiest when working on construction sites and collaborating with architects, contractors and clients. She helps projects move from design initiation to completion, always keeping client wishes top of mind. Pam graduated from Mt. Ida College with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
