Camille Jarry is a determined, self-driven and results oriented sales professional with an International exposure in Hospitality. After completing a Bachelor's degree of International Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Institut Paul Bocuse in France, Camille has grown into sales and business development within several well known hotel chains such as AccorHotels, Jumeirah Group, Radisson Hotels. Based out of Quebec, she joined Superior Lodging Corp in 2021 and has been responsible for promoting and growing our brands footprint in eastern Canada.

Erin Penner - VP

Erin Penner has an extensive sales background that began 20 years ago in retail to commercial and now development. Since 2019 her focus has been on development of Travelodge, Thriftlodge and Super 8 brands. Erin loves a challenge and her connections with others. Her determination and drive is her motivation for success. She is known for personable service and exceeding client expectations. She sees not only the big pictures but the small details that matter.

Marc Staniloff - CEO, President

Marc Staniloff is President and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Lodging Corp. Superior is a privately owned, vertically integrated hotel company, focused on the development, investment, and management of nationally franchised, limited service hotels in Canada. Mr. Staniloff has been instrumental in the development of the Super 8 by Wyndham ® and Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brands across Canada. A key development project that he was involved in was the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott in South Calgary, AB. In 2015, Superior acquired the Master License Rights for Travelodge Canada. With Mr. Staniloff's leadership, Superior was named one of Canada's Best Managed Companies numerous times and Hotelier Company of the Year in 2016 for excellence in business performance. He was recognized as "Franchisee of the Year" by Super 8 Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Staniloff serves as a board member of the Super 8® Motels Franchise Advisory Board and the Hotel Association of Canada (HAC).

Nigel Lucas

Nigel Lucas has spent the last 20 years in the hospitality industry and brings a wide range of development, franchising, and management services expertise. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel & Food Administration at the University of Guelph, Nigel moved to Vancouver to work with PKF Consulting as a feasibility and appraisal consultant. There, he conducted a vast array of hotel appraisal work throughout Western Canada. Following PKF, Nigel returned to Toronto to work as a development analyst for Delta Hotels prior to its sale to Marriott. In this role, Nigel executed a variety of management and franchising deals growing the Canadian footprint for the brand. After 3 years at Delta, Nigel moved on to oversee franchising for Choice Hotels in Ontario. After Choice Hotels, Nigel joined Superior Lodging Corp. and assumed the role of Vice President, Canada. He currently oversees the Canadian landscape for the Super 8 and Travelodge brands.

Samantha Charlesworth - CFO

Samantha Charlesworth is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience building entrepreneurial fast-growing private companies and concurrently establishing a formalized private family enterprise. She has extensive lending connections and has originated financing on $1B of assets, largely in the real estate sector across Canada. She has led the analysis and structuring for new investments as the business continues to expand in diverse portfolios beyond the original real estate scope. In Samantha's executive role of growing the award-winning groups of companies, she has been a leader in creating strategic planning, governance protocols and execution of risk mitigation strategies. She led compliance and financial management for Superior Lodging group of companies. She has also been actively involved in executive hiring including compensation creation and ongoing development of fast-moving specialized executive teams. As a trusted advisor she often initiates and facilitates discussions on planning for succession, family legacy, wealth transfer and estate matters. Her broad background and experience enable her to provide integrated insights as the business continues to establish and position companies for the next generations.

Trevor Hagel

Since 2002, Trevor has been dedicated to the business of hotel franchising and has amassed a wealth of knowledge on the topic. Focusing on the Travelodge by Wyndham®, Thriftlodge® and Super 8 by Wyndham® brands in Canada. His first positions with the company included Marketing Manager and Director of Advertising & Communications, before moving on to overseeing operations. Prior to hotel franchising, Trevor worked with Royal Host for two years in their timeshare business unit, and with Sheraton Hotels for 10 years, holding various positions in Food and Beverage and Operations.
