Mr. Altom received a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. His first career was in Business Valuation and Financial Planning at a small public accounting firm. Over the years he has founded, expanded, acquired and sold a number of his own businesses. He has held an assortment of licenses and certifications including the Series 7, 63, Life & Health, Real Estate, Loan Officer, and Certified Mediator. Dan has served on the Board of Directors for local agencies and volunteered numerous hours throughout the community in charitable and leadership endeavors. Some of those relationships include Yes to Youth, The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts, Autism Speaks, Magnolia ISD, Education for Tomorrow Alliance, PHA, Ironman Foundation and Leadership Montgomery County. Dan and his wife Leah live their best life in Magnolia, Texas with their cranky little dog.

George Moncada

He has represented Joan Kroc, late wife of Ray Kroc, the Founder of McDonald's, Kirk Kerkorian, CEO/owner of MGM Film Studios and MGM Casinos, also Herb Boyer, Founder of Genentech and one of the discoverers of the world's first recombinant DNA organism. Other clients include Lawrence Welk and his family. Mr. Moncada has vast known in the development and marketing of golf course communities in southern California. These communities include Steele Canyon, Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe as well as the famed Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe. Mr. Moncada was the exclusive Broker of Record for both golf courses in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Mr. Moncada, with his partner, purchased sub-performing pharmacies throughout the United States from CVs Pharmacies in 2002 and added additional locations. Within three years of those initial acquisitions, merged with Moms Pharmacy, based in New York State and went public in March 2005. The company is still actively traded on the NASDAQ. Mr. Moncada has also been certified to handle the liquidation of failed bank assets for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (F.D.l.C.). He maintains a Broker's license in the States of Texas and California as of 2013. While attending Baylor University on a full four-year tennis scholarship, he earned recognition as a top rank collegiate. While In high school, he won 2 junior state tennis titles in Texas, one in singles and one in doubles.

Greg Pfeiffer

Jim Hall

After 13 years in technical sales and business management positions for one of the Big Three companies in the Chemical Industry, Mr. Hall left the corporate world and founded his own photofinishing business in 1983. It grew every year under his guidance until it was sold in 2003 through Sunbelt Business Brokers, and is still flourishing. With an Engineering Degree from Purdue and practical knowledge "in the trenches" as a start-up entrepreneur for 20 years, his experiences are widely varied, particularly in technical, manufacturing, or "value added" types of businesses. As a senior member of the team, he has handled deals as small as $50,000 and up to $2 million, mostly on businesses in Montgomery County and and North West Harris County.

Keith Young

Keith Young has over 30 years of diverse and successful business experience in sales, marketing, customer service, operations and management including four years of active military service in the U.S. Navy. Over the last 12 years, he owned, operated and sold two profitable, nationally-recognized franchise companies after establishing new territories from the ground-up. Prior to this, he worked in various leadership roles at two Fortune 500 technology companies, both based in Texas, as well as at several closely-held smaller businesses. Industry experience includes telemarketing, computer hardware and software solutions, water and wastewater treatment equipment manufacturing and residential and commercial painting and flooring contracting services. Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications from The University of Texas at Austin where he also graduated with an MBA from their McCombs School of Business while employed full time. Keith is a native Houstonian and resides with his wife Stephanie and their two young sons in Spring Branch. He is an active volunteer leader with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys woodworking, road cycling, cooking and travel.
