Amy Miller, CPM, serves as Executive Managing Director for SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, Maryland, where she acts as director of property management and chief financial officer. Miller has over 20 years of commercial real estate management experience.
Miller earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from Salisbury University in Maryland in addition to attending Elon College in North Carolina as an undergraduate. Miller holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and acts as the company's Executive CPM.
Miller is active in her community; she is a member of the executive committee and serves as Vice-Chair for the Salisbury University Foundation. She is the past board chair for the Salisbury Symphony Orchestra is involved in Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce and Salisbury University Alumni Association.
Serving as CEO at SVN Romania, affiliate member of SVN International Corp., since January 2019, Andrei identifies, initiates and creates new business opportunities for SVN® and contributes to the development of the brand at national and international level. Having more than 12 years experience in real-estate together with the know-how accumulated from participating in more than 300 aquisitions, mergers and sales, Andrei plays a key-role in the representation of clients, business partners and friends of SVN®.
Bashir is the Managing Partner of SVN | QATAR. With more than 15 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, Bashir has carried out critical roles in helping local and international companies with strategic relocation planning, analysis, negotiation assignments. Throughout his tenure, Bashir has held various leadership positions within the commercial/residential real industry, notably Cushman and Wakefield (DTZ) and Century21.
Cameron is currently the Managing Director of SVN | Vanguard Commercial and is an Orange County Planning Commissioner. He lives in Fullerton, CA with his wife and two boys.

Curt Arthur, SIOR is the Chair of SVN's Board of Advisors.
Arthur is a veteran commercial real estate advisor who has completed many of the largest office and industrial projects throughout the Mid-Valley during his career and has closed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. Curt is the President of the Oregon/SW Washington Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is the incoming Regional Director for 2024-2025. He currently serves as the Product Council Chair for Industrial Properties for SVN International after serving in a similar role for the Office Properties Council in 2020-21. He serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for SVN International.
Curt is a past president of several local non-profit boards including the Chamber of Commerce, Boys & Girls Club Foundation, and the American Red Cross. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR) and is a member of the President's Council for Chemeketa Community College. Curt serves on the Professional Standards committee for the local and state Realtor organizations and teaches commercial real estate curriculum for the Oregon Realtors Association.
Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM is Founder, Managing Director, & Senior Advisor at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate in Lakeland, Florida. Since 1985, Dean has specialized in Florida land and conservation easements. He served in the US Senate as Agricultural Liaison, Special Assistant, and Director of External Affairs to US Senator Lawton Chiles, then Governor Chiles (D-FL). From 1992 to 1996 he served in the Florida House of Representatives. Combining a passion for supporting landowner property rights while also conserving natural land in Florida, Dean proposed and became one of three main sponsors of Bert J. Harris Private Property Rights Protection Act. This legislation later evolved into Florida's conservation easements programs. The concept of state-owned conservation easements was truly revolutionary 25 years ago, but the success of this idea is recognized today as a tremendous positive impact on our state.
He comes from an eighth-generation Florida agricultural family, earned a BSA from the University of Florida in Fruit Crops, Food and Resource Economics, and is a recognized Florida land and conservation easement authority. In 1996, Dean formed the real estate brokerage firm as Saunders Real Estate, LLC and affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand in early 2006. This affiliation brought a national and global presence to the firm. In 2019, Saunders Real Estate affiliated with the SVN Shared Value Network®, a globally recognized commercial real estate brand united by a shared vision of creating value with clients, colleagues, and communities. The brokerage also more fully integrated with its sister company, Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty, a comprehensive commercial real estate brokerage, to become SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate.
As an industry authority, Dean is published and quoted in a variety of respected journals, such as The Land Report, Florida Investor, Florida Trend, and Florida Forests. He authored the benchmark, award-winning consumer publication, "We Create Solutions: A Primer on Conservation Easements" and produces a real estate Florida land conference based upon his innovative work through the Lay of the Land Market Report. The report is the only source for verified Florida land sales and values for specific land property types.
Dean resides in Lakeland, FL, with his wife, Gina, and enjoys spending quality time with their children and grandchildren. He is an avid hunter with numerous trophy mounts. Each year, the Saunders family commissions an original painting to add to The Saunders Collection: Natural Lands of Florida and Agricultural Heritage from well-known Florida wildlife artists.
Derek is the CEO of SVN | Rock Advisors Inc. Brokerage, and Derek A. Lobo & Associates Inc. For more than 30 years, Derek has worked extensively in the apartment and student housing industry across Canada and the United States advising clients on all aspects of apartment ownership and development ranging from feasibility analysis, financial modeling, design and construction, asset management, and leasing to dispositions and brokerage. Derek specializes in large and complex asset sales and has brokered transactions some of the largest transactions in Canada. He continues to be regarded as a knowledge expert in the areas of new apartment construction and luxury student housing and has been intimately involved in the many developments across Canada.

Jason Campagna serves as a Managing Partner and Senior Advisor for SVN | Three Rivers Commercial Advisors specializing in multi-family housing. Jason prides himself on understanding the nuances and analysis of multiple unit apartment dwellings.
Jason advises on commercial real estate property types such as multifamily, retail, shopping centers and office buildings. The bulk of his transactions are multifamily buildings ranging in size from 4 plexes upwards to 100+ units

John is President and CEO of SVN | Montréal Commercial as well as President of STRUKTUR Real Estate Development, which has been developing condo projects in Montréal for the past 12 years. Most recently, he acquired the SVN | Québec master franchise, with its first office now operating as SVN | Montréal Commercial Real Estate and actively serving the Montréal market. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he has played a critical role in helping numerous regional and national organizations with strategic planning, analysis, renegotiation assignments, and the implementation of complex transactions. John McDermott serves as Executive Director of Sales and Director of its Industrial Practice for SVN | Chicago Commercial in Chicago, Illinois. John is a member of the Executive Committee of the SVN Asset Recovery Team (SVNART), serves as its Southern California Regional Director and is also a member of theSVNIC Advisory Board. John also trains SVN Advisors nationwide. His commercial real estate experience includes the ownership and development of condominiums, mobile home parks, neighborhood anchored retail centers, recreational vehicle parks, and apartments with 45 years of real estate and finance experience.
Prior to joining SVN, McDermott served as a broker, manager, and executive in California, Arizona, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C for Marcus & Millichap. Previously, McDermott served as the manager of nationwide lending for First Federal Savings of Arizona where he was responsible for lending, loan administration, secondary marketing, foreclosure and trustee services, REO administration, data processing and mortgage banking.
In addition, McDermott was the founder and chief credit officer for a De Novo Savings and Loan in Phoenix, Arizona (Sentinel Savings). McDermott is a member of the International Council of shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is member of that organization's Editorial Board for its "Development" magazine. McDermott earned a Bachelor of Science in real estate and finance with a minor in psychology from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
After completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia in 1996, Joseph commenced working as a Property Manager in a mid tier commercial real estate firm. After a period of training, he was solely responsible for the management of a portfolio of 150 properties. Joe completed his training and became a licensed Valuer in 1999 and commencing in 2000, he moved into sales and leasing as part of the industrial department.
In 2004, Joseph established his own real estate business which would later be renamed to Vicus Commercial. From humble beginnings the company moved offices three times in the first five years in order to facilitate the growth that came from the business community's rapid acceptance of the new style of personalized, honest service and opinions that become the signature of Joe's approach to property. The first five years also saw the acquisition of a strata management business and the establishment of a residential arm to provide a complete service to the property market.
Whilst his passion for property has lead to extensive involvement in property development, ownership and syndication, Joe is still in the Vicus offices every day talking to clients and advising staff.

Kristen Wilson-Asman is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Senior Real Estate Advisor with SVN. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio. After graduation, Ms. Asman worked as an Auditor for Deloitte and Touche in Cincinnati, OH.
Ms. Asman began her real estate career with Matthews Click Bauman in Columbus, Ohio and later worked at McKinney Properties in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She then worked at Horizons Real Estate as a Regional Property Manager and Developer before joining SVN in 2003. Ms. Asman has worked in Sales and Leasing of all Real Property Types but specializes in investment sales with the National Self Storage Team.
Kristen Asman is a member of the SVN National Self Storage Team, the National Self Storage Association, and serves on the Board of Trustees at the state level for the Self Storage Association.
Ms. Asman lives with her family in the Columbus, Ohio area and oversees development of the Mid-America Region for the SVN National Self Storage Team.

Matt Stone, CCIM, SIOR, MBA is the Managing Director of SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate. Since 2006, Matt has been the trusted advisor for many clients in transactions within the retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality product types. Matt personally oversees the day to day operations of the company, brokerage of commercial investment properties and user properties, as well as property management. He has worked with banks, private investors, and as a receiver to help with asset management and evaluation for distressed loan purchasing, workouts, REO disposition, and general opinions of value. Matt and his team continue to perform property management and bookkeeping services for retail, industrial, office, and multi-family properties throughout Central Kentucky.
Matt holds the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation (SIOR) www.sior.com and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) www.ccim.com designations. He was the past President of the Commercial Property Association of Lexington (CPAL), served as a past President for for the Lexington District of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, a past Co-Chair of the Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a board member for National Christian Foundation - Kentucky (NCF), an advisory board member for Bank of the Bluegrass, and on the board of Christian Student Fellowship (CSF) at the University of Kentucky. Michael Thanasouras serves as a managing director for SVN | Chicago Commercial, where he acts as CFO and COO. In addition Thanasouras specializes in the sale of retail, land and multifamily property throughout the greater Chicago, Illinois Metropolitan Area.
Prior to joining SVN, Thanasouras gained industry experience as an asset manager for Connaught Real Estate Finance, LLC, in Chicago, providing mezzanine financing for developers. Previously, he served as chief financial officer and director of operations for Conlon & Co. in Chicago. While there Thanasouras' responsibilities included: acquisition analysis, disposition analysis, asset management, financial management, and operations management. Prior to joining Conlon & Co., Thanasouras was a top producing agent and one of the cornerstone members in the successful launch of the company that is now SVN International Corp.
Before entering the real estate industry Thanasouras spent 14 years in the banking industry as an assistant vice president (AVP) of Small Business Commercial Lending for LaSalle Bank N.A. (now Bank of America) As AVP, Thanasouras oversaw commercial loan business development and underwriting for 15 different branches, gaining valuable experience working in consumer lending and trust.
Thanasouras earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. Thanasouras is an accomplished runner, having completed five marathons. Outside of the office, Thanasouras spends his free time with his wife and two daughters, running, cycling or training for the next event.
