ALLISON TEXTER is an Equity Member of Swartz Campbell practicing in the firm's Wilmington, Delaware office. Ms. Texter concentrates her practice on the representation of clients in product-liability litigation, insurance defense, and general liability matters. Before joining Swartz Campbell, Ms. Texter served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice prosecuting the most serious felony matters, including homicides and sex offenses. Ms. Texter was appointed Assistant Unit Head of the Misdemeanor Trial Unit and Unit Head of the Sex Crimes Unit during her tenure in the Criminal Division. Ms. Texter also had the experience of defending State agencies in civil litigation while working in the DOJ Civil Division.
Ms. Texter is trained as a Mediator by the Superior Court of the State of Delaware and holds the Title IX Hearing Officer & Decision Maker Certification from ATIXA.
Ms. Texter received her Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law where her distinctions include membership in the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Moot Court Honor Society. BRIAN D. AHERN is a partner in the Mass Tort Litigation Group practicing in the firm's Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE offices. JANE A. LOMBARD is current department chair of the Worker's Compensation Group at Swartz Campbell LLC and a member of the firm's management committee. JILLIAN EISNER is a partner in the Philadelphia and Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office Insurance Defense Group. JOSEPH A. VENUTI, JR. is the managing partner for the New Jersey offices. He primarily handles construction litigation defense, both property damage and bodily injury, professional liability matters with an emphasis on defense of attorneys, premises liability defense, and insurance coverage. In the legal malpractice area, Mr. Venuti has had extensive experience representing attorneys in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in a wide variety of underlying matters including securities, RICO, medical malpractice, divorce, admiralty, civil rights, secured transactions under Article 9, execution and garnishment, copyright infringement, trademarks, franchises, criminal law, and real estate. MICHAEL A. COGNETTI is a managing partner in the Philadelphia office. He has been with the firm since 1989. Mr. Cognetti's practice spans the five counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania through Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. He represents governmental entities, financial institutions, and insurance companies in litigation and alternative dispute resolution forums. PAMELA A. MAGINNIS is a partner and head of the Philadelphia office's Products Liability and Toxic Tort Litigation Department. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. THOMAS GEBLER joined Swartz Campbell in the Pittsburgh office after practicing for over 30 years in that city. Tom is originally from the Philadelphia area and graduated from Temple University with a B.A., Magna cum laude in 1979. He obtained his law degree from Duquesne University in 1983. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Conway graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY with a B.S. in Business Management, (1986), and then earned his Masters of Business Administration from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, (1987).
