With over 40 years of experience and hundreds of high-profile successful restaurant deals to his brokerage credit, Jeff takes great pride in his ability to provide an undeniable style, level of expertise, knowledge and sense of direction towards bringing deals across the finish line. Prior to his relocating to Boca Raton, Florida and creating SUSSMAN RESTAURANT BROKERAGE in 1995, Jeff was the founder and driving force behind Sussman Bielat Realty back in the late 70's, formally one of New Jersey's most successful restaurant brokerages. In addition, Jeff was a product of the restaurant industry; having grown up in around his family owned and operated Mac's Embers, one of the Jersey Shore's most remembered restaurants.
