The Centre offers a range of training courses in all surgical and affiliated specialties. It is also the accredited Diploma Centre of The Academy and GESEA programs in Southern Africa... The Surgical Skills Training Centre is part of the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital, University of Cape Town and first opened its doors on 22 June 2011.
