Don Fillion

Don has more than 20 years of management experience in delivering technology solutions to businesses of all sizes. He joined Synergex in 2007 as a Senior Consultant in the Professional Services Group (PSG). He was promoted in 2009 to Director of Professional Services, in 2016 to Vice President, and in 2021 to Senior Vice President. Before joining Synergex, Don was Vice President of East Coast Operations for AFS Technologies, where he was responsible for the technical operations of a vertical market software division. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and CTO of Distribution Management Systems. Don holds a BA in Economics with a Computer Science concentration from Boston College, where he was a Scholar of the College, and an MBA with a minor in Logistics from the University of New Haven, where he was named a graduate fellow.

Jeff Greene - CTO

Jeff joined Synergex in 2006, bringing his passion for open-source and standards-based technologies with him. His first contribution to our product suite was Synergy DBL Integration for Visual Studio. Over the years, Jeff has provided in-depth technical expertise in web services and all things .NET, culminating in the open-source Harmony Core project, which helps customers modernize their offerings while leveraging existing investments. Responsible for the technical direction at Synergex, Jeff works to ensure Synergy-based software stays competitive in a rapidly changing technical landscape. Outside of Synergex, Jeff is a World Championship Division Head Referee for FIRST Tech Challenge, a robotics league for students in grades 7-12.

Kelly Bigler

After providing outstanding service to our resort management clients as a contractor, Kelly officially joined Synergex in 2021 as a Consulting Project Manager. In 2022, her experience and dedication led to her promotion to Consulting Manager, where she spearheaded significant improvements to Professional Services engagements and processes, including incorporating an Application Maturity Model to system assessments and leveraging our Kantata automation system to provide visibility into key metrics and to facilitate project management. In 2023, Kelly was promoted to Director of Consulting, where she oversees Synergex's consulting business and is responsible for business development; defining new engagements; ensuring that engagements are efficiently scoped, staffed, and managed; and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Rachel Gibson

  • in 2018 As an Account Manager
Rachel joined Synergex in 2018 as an Account Manager after starting her sales career in the EdTech space at Pearson Education and then doing SaaS sales at LogMeIn. In 2020, Rachel was promoted to Sales Manager, where she worked closely with the Sales team to help customers modernize their software solutions and to promote Synergex products and services. Now, as Director of Sales and Marketing, Rachel continues to serve as the voice of the customer while overseeing the Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Education teams. She also collaborates with Synergex's Development and Professional Services teams to advance our product and service offerings. Rachel holds a BA from Wellesley College.

Rosanne Brill

Rosanne joined Synergex in 1990 as project lead for our ReportWriter and Data Dictionary (now Repository) products. Her responsibilities grew from there as she was promoted to Software Development Manager, Director of Software Development, and in 2005, Vice President of Software Development. Rosanne has successfully managed a multitude of development projects and releases, significantly evolving Synergex development and quality processes along the way. She was instrumental in completing numerous development initiatives, including advancing Repository; defining and implementing REV11 licensing; modernizing the Synergex Resource Center, which includes product downloads, license management, support cases, and other developer resources; and most recently, migrating Synergex bug tracking to Azure DevOps. Rosanne is responsible for all Synergex development projects, processes, and resources. Prior to joining Synergex, Rosanne worked in the newspaper publishing industry for six years as a software developer and then product manager at System Integrators, Inc.

Tim Bauguess

Job Titles:

Tim joined Synergex in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer / Programmer on the QA team, then moved to our IS team and spearheaded our move to DevOps processes. Tim left Synergex temporarily to work for Crowe as a software engineer and then a senior software engineer, specializing in .NET, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure; then for Runding Corporation, where he managed a .NET development team responsible for designing products and providing services for custom integrations around project control systems. Tim returned to Synergex in 2022 as Software Development Manager, and in 2023, he was promoted to Director of Software Development. Tim now oversees Synergex software development functions, including design, development, documentation, and testing. He is responsible for making sure our products meet Synergex standards for quality and performance.

William Mooney - CEO, President

As President and CEO of Synergex, Bill provides strategy and direction in all functional areas of the company, including our flagship product suite, Synergy/DE, which has evolved over the past 30 years from a cross-platform business language to an extensive suite of object-oriented development tools that rivals any popular toolset today. Bill has built close partner relationships with our customers in a wide range of industries and has guided them to reduce their software investment, increase profitability, and succeed in varied market conditions.
