Bilal Iqbal, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, LSSBB is a results-oriented leader with over 8 years of dedicated experience in project management, continuous improvement and organizational change, preceded by several years of technical IT experience. Bilal has a proven success record in managing global projects with budgets of up to $10M, with exceptional coaching and conflict management skills. Bilal Iqbal, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, LSSBB is a seasoned business leader with a proven ability to deliver results regardless of tools, methodologies and organizational constraints. Bilal started out in the Information Technology industry in 1998, and worked in a variety of technical and entrepreneurial roles. However, Bilal's passion for building and leading high performance teams took him down a more focused path over the last eight years. He utilized his unique blend of technical and management skills (developed through intensive schooling and extensive experience) to specialize in project management and process optimization. He has successfully delivered over 30 projects with multimillion dollar budgets, and has helped several organizations establish project management and continuous improvement practices. As Bilal continued his journey in project and process excellence, he also realized the importance of proper organizational change management to streamline the results and ensure satisfaction (and retention) of organizational talent. Consequently, Bilal has adopted the trio of project management, process optimization and change management as cornerstone for his quest to deliver sustainable results for the clients. Bilal has diversified management experience spanning over multiple industries including telecommunication, insurance, payments and education. As a practitioner, manager, trainer and organizational change coach in private and public sectors, Bilal has rounded out his experience and proved himself to be an expert. He believes in continual learning and over the course of his career, he has successfully mastered a broad array of management methodologies including Prosci Change Management, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Rummler-Brache, Kaizen, Kanban and Scrum. In collaboration with SysComp International Pvt. Ltd., Bilal established LeanSense Solutions Inc. in 2013 with the goal of advocating the need for integrated project, process and change management to be able to deliver sustainable results.
