KC Sukumar is the founder of TAJ Technologies, Inc. As the CFO and COO of TAJ, he provides a strong vision for the company and leads his managers by example as he tirelessly works to improve customer service. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College of Engineering, Bangalore, India and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He gained a high level of experience in corporate America, prior to starting TAJ. KC is involved with several charity programs, both domestic and international, and is committed to diversity and inclusion.

Madhu has been working with TAJ since September 2016. With over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Management practices, she forges strong relationships with her clients and consultants with ease. Thinking out of the box and bringing in solutions has been her strong point. She has worked across several industries including IT, Engineering, Aviation and Retail in different countries. She is a graduate from Delhi university, India with a major in Political Science and has a PG Diploma in Human Capital Management - SHRI, Singapore. She is a member of SHRM. She spends her spare time working on gardening, music and interior decorating.
Maryna has been working with TAJ Technologies since September 2021. She brings over eight years of valuable experience in hiring/onboarding for many industries, including food, pharmaceutical and engineering. She is skilled in interviewing, the hiring process, payroll, organization development and training. She enjoys spending free time with family and friends, traveling and reading books. She says that "working with people, recruiting and aligning great people with a great team is what I enjoy and what I am good at".

Radha joined TAJ in 2022 as the Manager of Payroll and Invoicing. He brings over 17 years of experience managing USA, UK and Indian accounting. He has handled the end-to-end US accounting process and also created an accounting cycle. He received his working experience in recruitment, and helped him better understand the recruitment business needs and the accounting process. Radha makes sure there's stable and correct information with the systematic process of all the financial transactions and reports, which is not only crucial for a business. He is a graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University, India. In his spare time, you will find him playing chess, badminton and traveling.

Sam joined the TAJ Technologies in mid-2022 as Director of Finance and Operations. He brings experience from a broad range of industries, including both non-profit and for-profit sectors. He oversees and manages all aspects of finance and operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling and analysis, business planning, payroll and process improvement. He has served as a volunteer for United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and more. Sam attended Winona State University and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and his MBA in Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology. In his free time, Sam likes to spend time with family, travel, cook, fish and is currently learning a third language.
Sonia has been a part of TAJ Technologies, Inc. since 2014, transitioning from an intern, to a full-time Marketing Analyst, to her current role as CEO, President, and Secretary. She brings a fresh perspective to TAJ and leads by example, as she ensures that the work environment at TAJ is one of respect, personal growth and overall success. She graduated with her B.A. in Business Management from Goucher College and her M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. When she is not at work, you will find her dancing, traveling, and volunteering for organizations that emphasize diversity and equality.

Sumathilatha Myla, Program Manager at TAJ, helps consultants find new projects, screening them, guiding them with project processes, and transitioning from one project to another. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, from The College of St. Scholastica, MN. Suma has a high work ethic and consistently goes the extra mile to achieve results. She is impressive in her follow thru, with consultants as well as clients.
