Suzanne discovered computers at her first real job in the early 1990's. She was fortunate to be in San Francisco working at Wells Fargo where they bought her the latest Macintosh every six months and the latest versions of Pagemaker. Learning desktop publishing during its infancy sparked a greater interest in the language of technology and led Suzanne to graduate school in technical writing. After starting at a small company named Blue Sky Software/eHelp Corporation (1999), Suzanne found herself acquired by Macromedia (2003), and then acquired again by Adobe Systems (2005), where she happily worked until December 2008 when the Adobe San Diego office was closed. In 2009, Suzanne did contract work for Irdeto (an enterprise software company) and Hamilton Sundstrand (a leading aerospace engineering firm).
