Allison graduated from the University of Massachusetts in May of 2013 with a Bachelors in Plastics Engineering. She completed her Masters in the same May 2015. While Allison wears many hats at TESco, her primary areas of interest are in material selection and development as well as process validation and regulatory affairs. When not working Allison enjoys day-tripping around New England (mostly VT, NH and ME), walking her Siberian Husky Arya, and spending time with her growing family.

Chris is a graduate of Gordon College, were he majored in History. After college he worked for Lutheran Social Services as the Lutheran Disaster Response Coordinator for New England. He joined TESco in 2011 as the Project Manager. In his free time he enjoys sailing and hiking.

TESco's founder and President, G. Lawrence Thatcher, has more than 35 years experience in the medical device industry, focusing on bioabsorbable polymer processing and the development of toughened bioabsorbable systems and bioabsorbable composites. He has been active in the material selection and development of absorbable medical devices from concept to clinical use since 1986. He was recognized by MDDI as one of a hundred notables in the medical device industry in June 2008. He taught eight years at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and currently serves on the advisory board to the Plastics Engineering Department. He is the inventor /co-inventor of several device or material patents, and most recently, in February 2014, for Bioabsorbable Polymeric Composition for a Medical Device. Some of his publications include "OrbusNeich fully absorbable coronary stent platform incorporating dual partitioned coatings" in Euro Intervention, and contributing author to Polymers for Vascular and Urogenital Applications published by CRC Press, and Degradable Polymers for Skeletal Implants published by Nova Science.

Mr. Liang joined TESco Associates in March 2008. Prior to joining TESco Associates, he held positions at W.R. Grace, Rohm and Haas, and Van Stry Design. Mr. Liang holds a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering. During his free time, he likes to golf, fish, bike and spend time with his family.
Justin is a 2013 graduate from UMass Lowell and joined TESco in June later that year. At work, Justin adds to TESco's strength in plastic part design, mold design, and tooling. In his free time he enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and skiing during the winter. Justin Initially started as an intern in 2012 and came on board full time in 2013.

Rebekah has been an employee of TESco Associates since 2008 and became the Office Manager in 2013. She has a Bachelor's of Arts in English from Gordon College in Massachusetts. Fall is her favorite time of the year with the appearance of cider donuts on every corner and festivals in every town. She loves her gardens and greedily devours every book she can find in her time off.

Sharon joined TESco in January 2008 as the manager of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, bringing more than 25 years of experience of compliance in various regulatory fields. Before joining TESco, she held a variety of positions with Medtronic, Cabot Corporation and 3M Corporation, supporting these companies in various capacities, including research and development, manufacturing and compliance. Her broad background in the medical products and compliance has allows her to contribute in multiple capacities at TESco. Sharon holds a BS in Biological Science and a MS in Plastics.
