TAMMY ERICKSON - Key Persons
Margaret D. Schweer, PhD, is the Managing Principal for Tammy Erickson Associates. She has an established track record of building partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization to create innovative, practical solutions to address their business needs. Her most recent consulting assignments have helped companies enhance collaboration and employee engagement. Her current research focuses on how successful organizations drive performance by leveraging social networks and leading-edge approaches to performance management.
Margaret holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University with an emphasis in organization behavior. Prior to her career in consulting, Margaret had more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the global consumer products and hospitality industries, and in university settings.
A popular and effective speaker in the area of talent management, she has been an invited presenter at a variety of global and domestic conferences and symposiums. Her work in the area of leadership development is also profiled in such publications as MIT Sloan Management Review, Computer World, CIO Magazine, Network World, IT World, and SHRI Magazine.
Stephanne Ebsen is the Operations Manager at Tammy Erickson Associates. She is responsible for helping in the daily operations of the business, event planning and execution, and is the point person for any client request.
Stephanne joined the team of TEA after working with them as a Program Manager for nGenera. She brings her expertise in event/workshop planning for executive educational programs and has many years of experience working with high-touch, high-level executive programs for senior leaders.
Stephanne started her career with The Concours Group as an executive assistant/office manager working with C-suite executives from a vast array of Fortune 500 companies. She has a Masters Degree in Education and Administration from Cambridge College.
Tim Bevins is Senior Research Director for Tammy Erickson Associates. Tim has managed, written, and published dozens of primary and primary/secondary research projects for companies including Decision Resources, BIS Strategic Decisions, Lyra Research, The Concours Group, and Moxie Insight. The topic areas have ranged from innovations in health care delivery and products to digital imaging markets, but Tim has focused in the last several years on talent and demographic topics, such as ways to engage and motivate employees, talent and executive development, the impact of worldwide demographic changes on companies, and how social media are changing the employment and customer relationships.
