Ms.Lim is the Group's Operation Manager.With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Lim is responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the Group's product and services.
Razali Bin Rahmat, Razali (Architectural & Design)
Razali is an architect by profession. He has over 15 years experience in architecture and real-estate design. He oversees the technical and supervision teams of the Group to ensure acceptable quality of products developed, supervision of construction work and due delivery of completed products.

Simon is the Vice President of the Group. He oversees and is responsible for the successful completion of all projects within the Group. Simon has over 25 years of experience in the property sector having primarily served in property based Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad and Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad since 1975 before joining the Taipan Group of Companies in 1999.
